I've stayed at many hyatt. This was by far least favorite. Traveling with family and the room was subpar with many details needed improvement. 30 degrees outside and heat was barely functioning. It was a 1 day stay so we dealt with it. Breakfast set up is lunch bags on a table but you need to look inside each one to find out what's inside because each are different. Yogurt was warm inside. Overall not a great experience. I would never come back since there are so many other options.

Great find at a great price, particularly based on location. Water problem in my building compelled me to do a staycation. Very pleased to do so here. Nice sized room, bed was very comfortable, great shower. Ingrid and the manager were very accommodating when I asked to extend my stay by one day. Great staff all around.

You get what you paid for. Although, the room was decent looking, they didn’t promise me a view of the city. I asked and they said that would happen, but did they opposite. The breakfast is horrible. Don’t expect good stuff. Just a lunch bag with a warm nasty danish or wet muffin and an apple juice and fruit.
