We stayed at this hotel at the end of March 2017 for three nights. We arrived midmorning and were able to check in without delay. The hotel is in a perfect location for sightseeing and onward travel by train – the Capitol is just five minutes from the hotel and Union Station is across the road. There is plenty of...

One of the best hotels I've stayed in! Was easy to find and literally 4 minute walk from Union Station (where I took a train from Baltimore Airport). From check in to check out the staff was friendly and very welcoming. And it was quick! The room was very CLEAN (which I am very big on). And the bed was...

My son and I had a 3-night stay here over spring break. We loved that it was only a couple minutes walk to Union Station and to several Circulator bus stops. We were able to bring dinner back from Union Station every night so we could eat in our hotel room and relax. The hotel room was perfect for my...

The Phoenix Park Hotel was comfortable, friendly, and close to Union Station. We arrived about noon and was able to check in early, which really helped out as it was raining. They had the Best Hot Chocolate at the second floor lounge and we enjoyed dinner at the Dubliner Irish Pub.

I arrived at Phoenix Park at 1am (due to flights). Initially I was concerned because the lobby was dark and unmanned, but someone came to greet me when I went in. I was initially shown to a regular room, but asked to change rooms because it had a connecting door. I find that connecting doors convey a lot of noise...

So glad that your stay was comfortable. Our rooms are not large as we often state here and we do occupy our smallest rooms last - as was the case in this instance when we had the opportunity to move you to a room with no connecting door, which is also our smallest room in the hotel. But I am...

I booked this hotel for a business conference for about 55+ people. Overall, the hotel was good. As the meeting coordinator, I typically get an upgraded room when I plan conferences but I think i was put in the smallest room they had to offer. I couldn't open my iron without rearranging furniture. My co-worker had a very nice room...

I am so happy to hear that your group and meetings were successful and that our team looked after you so well. I know that our sales and banquet staff were in contact daily with your staff on site here and worked to ensure that the meetings went smoothly. I am sorry they did not have the opportunity to see...

Upon arriving were told that our room was being cleaned and we could check in early. Once we got to the room it didn't look like it had been cleaned from the prior guest. There was dirt on the floor, hair stuck in the bathroom drain and hair on the bathroom floor. Nothing looked wiped down. When I went to...

I was sorry and disappointed to read about the quality of housekeeping you experienced. As you stated we have many positive comments about the quality of our service and facilities and I will share this with the department to ensure this is not repeated again or experienced by others. I wish you had contacted our front desk immediately for attention...

I greatly enjoyed my stay at the Phoenix Park - the staff was friendly, the rooms were nice, and the location absolutely cannot be beat! Steps from Union Station and right on the Hill. The nearby restaurants (including the attached Dubliner) were great Irish spots and perfect for a St Patrick's Day celebration in the states! I wish they had...

My son and I stayed in DC at the Phoenix. It is right near the train station and has great access to public transportation. The beds were the most comfortable I've ever used. I slept so soundly that I was refreshed each AM.
