Friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable staff. Clean. Great fitness room. Great breakfast. Nice gathering area with coffee, etc all the time. And close to everything on The Hill and only a block from Capital South Metro station. You couldn't ask for more.

Hotel is one block from the House buildings and Capitol Hill Club. Very friendly staff. Suite had plenty of room. No restaurant or bar onsite but plenty close by. If you will be visiting legislators than this hotel is very convenient.
