The Embassy Row Hotel is very conveniently located near Dupont Circle and the staff were knowledgeable about the area. They also made it very clear what options were available to you as a customer to maximize your stay. I would have no problem recommending them to any friends or family.

I spent 2 nights at the Embassy row hotel. This hotel is very comfortable and I loved the furniture and the atmosphere in this hotel which is also very well located in Washington in the Dupont Circle area. And all the people working in the hotel was very nice and helpful! I would recommend this hotel without any hesitation

I love this hotel. I travel a lot, mostly for business and I have to say that I really dig the quirkiness and chic ambiance of this place. The art work is fantastic, the customer service is excellent and welcoming, and the rooms are superb. I also quite enjoyed the fitness area on the lower level as there were clean,...

This is a beautiful hotel and great. I stayed six night during to a congress. The location was very close to my meeting location which made travel very easy. The facilities were exceptional and close to variety of DC restaurants. The room was great and spectacular with view of surrounding embassies and court yards. The staff was friendly. I definitely...

Our experience at the hotel was great. Room was small but well decorated and comfortable. Staff was always pleasant and helpful and we were there at an extremely busy time. Would definitely recommend it. Location can't be beat.

We stayed for 3 nights for a volleyball tournament. The area is beautiful. I never knew DC to be so safe and pretty. We walked a lot and felt very safe. The hotel was clean but for the money we paid it was not worth it. We paid over $200/night and only had the bare minimum. I've stayed at cheaper...

This is a beautiful hotel and a great location...I would recommend it again and again. Everyone we encountered was so friendly. We were in DC for our 2nd wedding anniversary and the director of rooms, John, went out of his way to treat us like gold. The restaurant in the lobby was awesome ... The dinner we had on Valentine's...

I had looked at a number of hotels in the area. I was hesitant to book at Embassy Row Hotel because it was less expensive than other comparable hotels, and I generally believe that you get what you pay for. However, after reading reviews I booked anyway, and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly. The room was decorated...

Although the hotel was nice and the staff was friendly, they obviously didn't think to align hosted activities with their "typical" guest. This particular weekend, the hotel was occupied by many families visiting DC for a very large junior girls volleyball tournament (I heard 900 teams). The hosted activities certainly didn't align to a population of teenage girls. The hotel bar/lobby...

Dear 261greggd, Thank you for your review and feedback. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced as a result of regular activities planned in the hotel while the volleyball tournament was going on. I can understand that, with our pool area closed for the winter, there was limited communal space available in the hotel. We do have our play...

They allow dogs apparently and one dog stunk up the entire second floor so much that the hotel was running air machines. Stair exits doors are locked with no re-entry and we were trapped for 20 minutes. We paid almost 500 bucks for a weekend at a dog kennel!

Dear maverick472017, Thank you for your review and feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced as a result of another guest's dog and our secure stairwells. Our hotel does allow dogs and we have a designated pet floor and pet policy with guidelines for dogs. It is unfortunate that a violation occurred during your stay. We addressed the...
