Michael Chase, the Concierge, sets the gold standard for customer service. He secured restaurant reservations and museum tickets that we were unable to obtain ourselves due the popularity of the sites and venues. Besides his friendly and helpful demeanor, he made us feel so special as I'm sure he does with all the hotel guests The hotel is lovely and...

Sometimes an old friend really lets you down and the Four Seasons, which I've always appreciated in DC, let me down badly recently. A number of problems left me questioning whether I will ever return: when you order a wake up call and it doesn't come, that is a serious problem and that happened last week there. When you tell...

I spent two nights at the Four Seasons in DC before traveling through the USA on business. The staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. From the first encounter at the front desk, everyone called me by name and went out of their way to make me comfortable. I would especially like to recognize Michael and Mel at...

I stayed for three nights and it is very well maintained. The staff impressed me the most. I really enjoyed how friendly they all were. The reception agent Matthew was great and personable. I also enjoyed speaking with he assistant manager Andre. The overnight manager was really helpful in getting me a ticket to the African American museum. The fine...

We absolutely loved this Four Seasons!! It's in a great location in Georgetown, close to shops, restaurants and the sites in DC. The staff was amazing, from the concierge desk to reception to room service. Everyone was so helpful and kind, going above and beyond. We'd highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again if ever visiting the...

I can unequivocally state that this is the finest hotel in DC. Frequently booked for visiting heads of state (and accompanying security details), it is a respite from the wheeling and dealing of politics and global governance for everyone from the King of Saudi Arabia (who rents out the entire hotel for himself and his 100+ person entourage when in...

Wonderful place to stay. The location is excellent. Located close to restaurants and shopping. The staff is very willing to help you in any way possible. The hotel is very clean and the lobby (though a bit open and in the way of guests going to their rooms)is a great place to hang out (typical Four Seasons quality and expectation)

Great property, great staff, great rooms. Very friendly staff and very thorough. Concierge staff is the best ever! Two very good restaurants. Only wish the Seasons restaurant was open all the time for breakfast, lunch, and dinner - love to more quiet environment.

Elegant, wonderful location. Stayed for business even though I live locally. Great meetings space, especially excellent food (even for luxury hotel). A great Washington DC expierence. Notable also for underground pool with skylight (lap lanes) which was excellent. Great personal touches. Well done!
