It is located near Union Station and the east end of National Mall in very quiet area, and 15 min. walk away from US Botanical Garden. The restaurants offer good food and services, and not many dining choices nearby. The swimming pool was very nice with the open glass walls, though we had to look for it since no signage...

Within walking distance to all attractions - museums, White House Capitol Hill. The rooms are very comfortable and the service by the staff were amazing, polite and extremely helpful. One example, had a late parcel arrival (after my departure) and staff went out of their way to check on delivery prices and helped me to get it re-delivered to a...

I love the club access option but wine and beer should be part of the deal. Way too much for the rooms. The hotel is a little run down and the beds need to be upgraded. They were lumpy and hard. "Free" wifi is nice.

Hotel is well placed. Rm 891 is loud and not well placed. There is a handicap elevator but doorman did not point it out. Escalators at entrance are scary when you have bags, are tired and have been traveling all day.

The rooms are what you would find at most hotels, basic, nothing special. The room was clean. The staff friendly, for the most part (the front desk could do with a few more smiles), and welcoming. The Regency Club upgrade is really not worth the money. This was March break for some schools, so noisy, messy kids in the Club...

The front desk staff and the phone operators were not friendly at all. The staff always seemed overwhelmed and angry. I stay hotels 5 days a week and this was not one of my better experiences. The rooms were also very dated, and prices at the restaurant and the cafe were unreasonably high.

For the cost of the hotel it is not worth the price. There are no in room amenities, not even free water. There is no happy hour and lobby seating is limited. The rooms were average and the bathroom was small. Would have been good to have a bar in the bathtub to hold on to if needed.
