If you think you will be in Georgetown, think again. This hotel is firmly in the Westend and closer to Dupont Circle than Georgetown. It could just as easily have been called "Marriott Dupont Circle" but the corporate moguls thought they would get a bigger draw by suggesting it is in quaint and historic Georgetown. It is not! It will...

Decide to spend a Saturday Saturday and Sunday in DC. Got a great bargain rate at this Marriott which been reportedly renovating. Check in was without delay the rooms were clean although we had a Cityview which didn't show much. Only couple of very small negatives. We like the divided sink and shower however they could've added additional table in...

Stayed at the Marriott for one night. From the time we checked in until we left the staff was helpful and informative. The rooms were big and clean and appeared recently renovated. The valet parking was $49 but allowed for in and out and by texting them 10 minutes in advance the car was ready. The location was perfect for...

I stayed at the Marriott Georgetown for two evenings in February. Reception was efficient and professional. As a Gold Elite member I had access to the hotel lounge which had nice snacks throughout the day (no free alcohol). Breakfast in the lounge included scrambled eggs, pastries, and a really nice assortment of fresh fruit. The hotel gym is decent and...

The room was nice, but crazy overpriced for what we got. $1000 per night is just crazy. We ate at the restaurant/bar in the main lobby area. The portions were SO SO SO small it was ridiculous! We've stayed at hotels all over the US and the world and it was small by anyone's standards. We must have ordered 6-7...

I loved this hotel. I was here for a week for business and really didn't want to leave. The hotel did a great job with their recent renovation. The lobby is beautiful, the rooms are goregous and comfortable. The M Club is fantastic -- open 24 hours with key access to platinum members. Great staff at every turn. The location...

She explained everything about the room the restaurants and the gym.The bellhop took us upstairs and explained how everything works and where everything is. This hotel recently underwent a complete renovation and has one of the most inviting lobbies I have seen, encouraging casual, social hanging out as well as work sessions. The M club is worth the money, with food way above the usual lounge fare. And 24/7. Staff of the lounge is exceptional, but wine and beer are more expensive than usual....

I had a one night stay at this hotel. The staff could not be more accommodating and welcoming. From the greeting at the door, to the front desk to the M lounge everyone had a smile and desire to insure I had a nice stay. The hotel had clearly been remodeled and was lovely. All the bedding and towels were...

If you like walking, this hotel is located within 20 minutes walking distance to the Abraham Lincoln Memorial or the White House. Bars and restaurants are closer (3 - 10 minutes). The service is excellent, got good recommendations and help when required. Special thanks to the staff.
