Stayed 2x in a month and it was 2x too many.
Only good things I can say is the location is decent and the desk staff is friendly (except morning of checkout) though the manager on duty both times was a bit condescending.
I chose this location, due to fact it was easy access to all Monuments & GREAT restaurants in Dupont Circle area.
I've stayed in Kimpton hotels previously and I have yet to be discouraged !!
