This is a good hotel in the center of Washington DC with Easy access to both Business, Government and Attractions int he DC Area. It is quite pricy so the service should be good - There a lot of parking space so arriving by car is easy - the parking system is a joke but if you can live with...

The lobby is nice and inviting. The room was pretty standard. Everything was clean. Really no bells or whistles. A little bummed about room service hours, but I guess not all places can staff for 24 hours. Was hoping for in-room snacks, a mini-convenience pantry in the lobby...a snack vending machine? ? Nope, nope, nope. Fortunately the central location allows...

My wife and i were shocked when we walked into our room. It was slightly larger than the closest in our master bedroom. The front desk was gracious to move us to another room but the second room did not have a refrigerator. The second night of our stay our room had not been cleaned by 5:30 so we had...

I stayed 2 nights in this hotel. it is centrally located and has a very large and modern gym. Lots of different new equipment. You can, however, also choose to run outside to capitol hill and the white house. The food is very good too. Great burgers in the sports bar.

Excellent staff! Your Oybek Tursunkhodjaa is outstanding! Very nice young man, he was so sweet, enthusiasmic, patient, and helpful. I got credit card scanning problems because of my bank communication difficulty. Oybek was so patient to direct me to communicate with Bank and tried different ways to solve this problem. From his work, I can see Renaissance hotel’s quality and...

I stayed there for the second time for a day (before I canceled my reservation and went to another hotel). I had been disappointed the first time I stayed but thought I'd give it another try. Same deal as last time; pricey, no Wifi (it's 2015, if I'm spending a few hundred bucks on a room, you ought to give...

The daily morning buffet in the Executive Lounge was worth staying here. We saved hundreds on dining by eating in there complimentary twice a day. Service was first class and food was excellent. I have stayed here each summer for a conference. Usually it's a decent experience. This time there were some problems that made it less than perfect. First of all, Marriott's check in app is a joke. Even though I checked in the day before, and said I would be arriving early at 11AM, my room wasn't ready for 2 hours....
