Once again, the entire staff from booking to arrival and departure at the Hay spoils her guests. I am truly disappointed when visiting DC if the Hay is full. The attention and dedication to guests needs are second to none. Staff always puts a smile on your face regardless of the type of day or meeting one has had.

Our stay at the Hay-Adams was amazing. The service was top notch as was the food, room and location. Oh, and there were fresh flowers everywhere. I cannot remember a hotel which I was more pleased.

This visit to D.C. was a trip down memory lane for me; I was able to show my daughter all of my old stomping grounds, and my alma mater. While I used to walk by The Hay-Adams everyday while I worked in D.C., I had never stayed here before - until now! My daughter and I stayed for 5 wonderful...

This is a small and very nice hotel. Great rooms with everything you need for a great stay, super close to the White House. Beds were in large sized and had plenty of closet space. Very friendly and nice staff.

Amazing hotel overlooking the White House. Everyone went over and above for us, were kind and helpful, and made us feel completely welcome. Everything about our stay was wonderful. Food, location, hotel.

Franziska booked perfect restaurants for us paying attention to our likes etc. Eric recommended a tour guide of the city who was exceptional. We were treated by each and every staff member with the utmost care, courtesy, and warmth....

With wife and two adult children. One room upgraded to White House view which still works on the second floor if it's winter. Greeted with a stocking full of candy. Fantastic location and stay. Concierge got us into the National Museum of African American history that was alleged to be sold out till April. First class operation.

If you can afford it, I love this hotel. I travel a lot, and this one threads the needle for me, in terms of old school charm, updated amenities, staff that's helpful but not in your face or over the top. The rooms are completely comfortable in an individual way, rather than newly luxurious or awkwardly quaint. They're just nicely...
