I used to travel a lot to DC and i tried to stay in this hotel as much as possible, it's gorgeous and rich with history, the service is amazing and it is located in a real good area of the city, right next door to the White House.

My wife and I stayed the night for a Valentine's getaway two weeks before Valentine’s Day weekend and coincident with DC Restaurant Week. The room was just $179 per night and we were upgrade to a King room upon arrival. The room was very well appointed and much larger than your standard hotel room. The bed was incredible and everything...

I hope we have the pleasure of welcoming you back in the not so distant future for your next “stay-cation” in the area with hopefully another promotional rate! Sincerely, Patrick Birchall General...

The Willard is a beautiful historic hotel with modern accommodations. It is what you'd expect of an Intercontinental Hotel. But, it does have a gym or a restaurant or a pool. The front desk people are little up tight, but the service overall was fine, even at 3 am when I wanted to know where the ice machine was. Good...

I've been visiting the Willard for 20 years, and it just keeps getting better! Whether I'm there for business, pleasure, or just strolling through as a "sweaty tourist with a camera," the staff is courteous, friendly, and professional. From an Event Planner standpoint, I've never dealt with an easier, more efficient process; one that left smiles on the faces of...

Step into the lobby of the Willard Intercontinental and you are stepping back in time. You feel like you should have been delivered by horse drawn buggy. You would expect to see the lobby and long connecting corridor to the rear entrance, filled with politicians of the 1850's, including President US Grant, bewhiskered, drinking Brandy and Port, and discussing events...

From the moment the bellman smiled and welcomed me to the last view getting into my cab, the Willard service and customer centered focus was evident. After entering the lobby for the first time - you find yourself echoing a gasp at the beauty. Like a well apportioned museum - the luxurious decor takes you in. And the room is...

The Willard is an absolute landmark in DC. The building is an historical gem. It is beautiful. The rooms are large and comfortable. The beds and sheets and bathrooms are great. The rooftop bar is a destination spot for Washingtonians and visitors who want to see the amazing views of the mall, the monuments, and the White House while relaxing...

Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money here. I’m a regular to this property over the last two years. It is in a great location and very close to all of the touristy attractions if that is your goal. Unfortunately, the service is hands down the worst in DC. I can promise that you would receive better service...
