Room was clean, but stairway was dirty. small tv and remote didn't work. Room was very large with a small kitchen and a balcony that overlooked a very nice pool. Room and bathroom need updating. We checked in at 9 pm and had to park quite a distance from our room.

And staff was accommodating. Only a short cab ride from the airport. Just what we needed after a hectic day and a night flight to California. Sitting outside by the pool, watching the ducks and drinking tea restored me.

Basic basic basic almost uninhabitable. Noisy neighbors across the street at the bowling alley. This room was worth at most 40$ and the breakfast was good for diabetes. On our checkout day there was no employees to be found in the lobby and breakfast wasn't being served which was odd but to be expected of this dingy motel. Do your...

Even though we had reserved and paid for our room 2 months in advance, they called two days before our trip to cancel. They said they had plumbing problems and had to move everyone on the first floor. Their only solution was to move us to their sister hotel in Oakland!! They did promise us a refund (which we haven't...

Clean and generally comfortable, but could use some maintenance. It was nice to be able to control the heat. Friendly and accommodating service at the desk the day we left. Wonderful location near the beach and shopping center.

This hotel needs to be updated. Its a nice size suite but very old kitchen, not equipped with glasses, or other items and just had plastics . I heard you need to get kitchen wares from the main desk . Not sure why. A fairly large living room has old couch and chair with an out dated tv. Separate bedroom...

I seriously do not appreciate being told when I phoned weeks ago and asked specifically for a particular area of the hotel...that it was 'no problem'. And then when I arrived was told, " oh no we can't guarantee anything like that, whom ever you spoke to was mistaken." I did not get the room in the area I wanted....

Accommodation was suitable for a few nights stay. Clean and comfortable. Large rooms Initially we were put in a double room next to the reception but this was noisy from the road and also you can hear people in the reception. The following day we were relocated to a larger 2 bedded room backing on to the lagoon with a...

Nothing overly fancy. This is an older Inn but our room was clean and well maintained. It is in a quiet part of Alameda across the street from a re-done outdoor mall and only a two minute walk from the Bay. People at front desk were very nice. Simple breakfast (cereal, toast, fruit, juice, coffee and some great local doughnuts!)....

Nice clean place to stay. Mall across the street if you wanted a large breakfast. Stayed there for 4 nights and was completely satisfied. The breakfast left a lot to desire but we just walked over to the Mall.
