Bus drops off at the shuttle bus stop area which is a short walk from the security entrance to both parks. FYI - the walk from the Candy Cane Inn to the parks is only about 10min. We did it multiple times.
I think they are very accomodating-they would not likely have a problem with you leaving your car there until the end of your day at Disney--they gave us a "shuttle pass" since we did not have a room key to show the shuttle... More
