While the rooms were clean they were not overally large and the pool was very small. While staying our first night, we found a hotel across the street for lilterally half the cost ( we were staying for 5 nights), that has an Olympic size pool, bigger rooms ( 1.5 times bigger) and just as clean. More importantly, the customer...

I sincerely apologize for the handling of this incident and please rest assured this was discussed in length as to clarification and handling of guests departing early. You were misinformed by the front desk agent and for this I am deeply sorry and training has been provided. In regards to rates offered by other properties we feel that we must...

After a negative review about 2 years ago due to the hotel charging the wrong card and taking no responsibility, we chose to stay at the Candy Cane again when we visited in October 2010. Because of the previous complaint, they gave us one free night as well as our returning guest discount, and AAA... obviously enough discounts to convince...

This hotel was right next to the Disneyland property. In fact the back of Tower of Terror appears almost next to the hotel. Not a bad walk to the front gate and there is a shuttle that runs frequently as well. During our trip we visited Knott's Berry Farms, which was a short drive from the Candy Cane Inn. The...

Thank you for staying with us and sharing your experience with our TripAdvisor readers. I am very pleased to read that you enjoyed your stay. I am sorry though that you experienced challenges with parking and line for breakfast. Just as a suggestion, we recommend that our guests join us for breakfast early. During the later hours of our breakfast...

It was a first time stay for us at the Candy Cane Inn. Stayed a total of 4 nights. Similar to a previous review, it was a good place to stay but nothing special. I don't think that we overpaid and think the quality is commensurate with what we paid. Having said that, it is a place we would consider...

A short walk from Disney, with it's own shuttle, this little gem was just perfect for us. A great place to stay when your focus is making the most of your time at the park! There is no room service but there are convenience stores next door and lots of restaurant on Harbour Boulevard and at Downtown Disney. Lots of...

Have stayed at the Candy Cane for the last many years during an annual trade show. Close to the convention centre and right next to Disney too. Clean, MASSIVE rooms, accessible to everything. Wouldn't bother staying anywhere else...even on the company dime!

We have gone to Disneyland several times, and since we spend all waking hours on the go our hotel room isn't very important to us on these trips. So an "average" place is all we really need. That said, the Candy Cane Inn was the definition of "average", but the price was actually a bit higher than nearby places I...

Thank you for sharing your comments with us. I was disappointed to read that you felt our hotel was average. My staff and I strive to ensure quality accommodations for our guests, providing a complimentary shuttle, breakfast and fruit items delivered fresh daily, as well as other complimentary features and amenities. While I do understand that everyone’s definition of comfort...

We chose the Candy Cane Inn because of the good reviews, the reasonable rates, and the close proximity to Disneyland. When we arrived, we were immediately impressed with the quick, professional and friendly service at check-in. The rooms were large with two queens (very comfy mattresses and pillows) plus room enough for a play and pack supplied by the hotel...

This place treats you like family, not like a chain motel. The staff is friendly and accommodating, breakfast is great and they have a great shuttle service that functions like clockwork. Best place to stay if your going to Disneyland....Nice pool and Jacuzzi too.
