Stayed at the peak of tourist season in the hot summer month of August. The staff was wonderful. Rooms clean. The shuttle service is excellent. Would definitely stay again.

We selected this hotel based on the large number of positive reviews on Tripadvisor, and were very happy with our choice. The location is great, a ten minute walk to the main entrance of Disney. The hotel shuttle is also a helpful option, especially at the end of the day when everyone was dead tired from a full day at...

This hotel is perfect for families and within walking distance to Disneyland. There is a free shuttle (gratuities are appreciated) running every 1/2 hr to and from Disney which is a huge relief for tired feet. The staff are very accommodating, friendly and efficient. The continental breakfast is basic, bagels, toast, fruit, muffins etc but everything was fresh and tasty....

Our family of 5 (3 kids all under age 12) stayed 5 nights at Candy Cane Inn end of July, and really enjoyed it. Our room was clean and grounds were beautiful. The outdoor pool (smaller scale) was perfect for our kids. It took us about 15 minutes to walk to Disneyland park, but we also took advantage of the...

We stayed with our 4 children here last week. If you are going to Disney it is a great choice (if you want to see other parts of LA Annaheim is not that convenient e.g. it took us over an hour to get to Santa Monica). We could walk to the park in 10 minutes, the rooms were spacious and...

My family of 5, including 3 children - ages 5,3, and 1 - stayed here from 8/16-8/20. We absolutely loved our stay. We booked a premium room and it was so well worth the extra money. Loved that we had breakfast delivered every morning. So convenient! Loved the welcome basket, free movie rentals, and late check-out. Nice to have both...

I am delighted that you and your family enjoyed your visit to our Inn. I am sorry that your little guy kept tripping over the pool drains. These new style covers were just installed to comply with Federal water safety laws. Thank you again for staying with us and your comments.

I found this hotel on Trip Advisor after returning from our first Disneyland trip and staying at a Disney property for like $300/night. What you dont see is when staying at the Paradise Pier, we spent $100 every morning on breakfast for 3 people because our resturaunt had "lilo and stitch" running around. While it made for some of our...

We arrived late, without a reservation and the young woman at the desk was helpful, polite and charming. We parked right in front of our room which is always a plus. We thought that being so close to the parking area - which is beautifully cobblestoned - would have been noisy but it was quiet. The room was clean and...

We have stayed at this inn many times over the years, and have always enjoyed it. This trip was probably our least enjoyable visit. All of the basic rooms were booked, so we reserved a deluxe room. I requested a room close to the front, as my husband is disabled and has difficulty walking longer distances. I was not informed...

Thank you for staying with us and I sincerely apologize for the location of your room. Yes, our Deluxe Rooms are located about two thirds back and going to the back of the property. Just got back from Disneyland with our 4 kids aged 13 to 27. Stayed for four days in two adjoining double queen rooms. Everything about this place fully met our needs/expectations. The rooms are large, clean and up to date. The beds are comfortable. The continental breakfast while basic is abundant and tasty, and kept spotlessly clean. The grounds are...
