The front desk staff was friendly and shuffled things around so my back to back reservations could be in the same room.
But the room itself was aged, mismatched and shoddy. The stairs up to the second floor and the walkway itself were badly in need of repair. An open dumpster sits alongside those stairs.
It was billed as ½ mile to Disneyland. That was true if you were a crow and flew to the back wall. It was a 35 minute walk - at a brisk pace - to get to the main gates.
The biggest concern was an unmarked curb between the parking lot/dumpster level and the sidewalk that led to the stairs. I didn’t see the curb and tripped hard. Screwed up my knee and my shoulder.

We were disappointed to find it wasn’t clean and we were hesitant about leaving our bags there as a result.
There were foreign long hairs wadded up on the floor of the bathroom and on the walls of the shower. I made the mistake of looking under the bed when we were leaving to check for personal items….there was a lot of dirt, dust bunnies and food wrappers that didn’t belong to us. My sister in law stayed a few doors down and killed 3-4 cockroaches in the 3 nights we stayed there. We checked for bed bugs and didn’t see any thankfully.
On the plus side, the AC worked. There was a bus stop close by that takes you to Disney for a small fee. It’s about a 30 min walk to the main entrance of Disney or a $7 Uber.
Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again based on the lack of cleanliness.
Literally, other than that, no problems whatsoever! A hidden gem you really should consider doing business with on your Disneyland adventure!

The room was pretty rough but clean enough.
We did feel pretty safe as most people were families staying for Disneyland. The rooms were non smoking and there was free parking.
The complimentary breakfast was poor, only some muffins, but for the price we paid it was alright.
The pillows were very hard and the soap was really bad quality
Cheap and good location is all I can say!

Shopping center was at driving distance, around 10 mins.
Breakfast was basic, coffee, muffins.
Chosen this one as our family of 4 was budget travelers.
Parking free and reserved for customers, just in case notify them in advance.
I was there over Thanksgiving, and paid only 44.10 per night, so I wasn't expecting too much. I was pleasantly surprised at the location (right next to the parking lot where the tram takes you to the park!) and that saves $10 bucks a day in parking, or walking to a shuttle.
The room was small, but about the size of a Motel 6. It did have a fridge and microwave, a decent T.V, the beds where comfortable, and the rooms were clean. All the reviews said the place was filthy, my room was not. I stayed in 105. The only drawbacks were the parking lot (very hard to find parking if you left, which we didn't until the last day anyway). Continental Breakfast is donuts, coffee and juice, but what do you expect for $44? There was a coffee pot in the room, and you do have to pay a small remote control deposit. (refundable). We only slept in the room, as we spent all our time at the park, we only watched t.v less than 30 minutes the whole trip. If you are a spoiled brat, and need lots of bells and whistles, and comfort and pretties...than don't stay here, spend the several hundred a night for luxury and save the griping about how awful the economy motel is. It is do-able and suitable if your sole purpose is to do the parks, and sleep. I hope this helps.
"You can walk to the park but it will take 10-15 minutes. There is parking under cover which is great for summer."Read full review
