The hotel offers no shuttle services. We walked the first day of a five day trip, 2 adults and 3 kids ages 5-8, and it wasn't more than half an hour to the front gates of Disney. If your staying for an extended period though, I would suggest getting the Anaheim Resort Transit pass, super easy to use and runs every 20 minutes. Have fun!
