I do not recommend this hotel. Their carpets are filthy and will leave your feet black within a few minutes of walking in. Checked out and management only offered a 50% discount even though we did not stay. I have never had an experience like this in all of my years with best western. Avoid this hotel.
Best western is excellent hotel with a very helpful staff and excellent amenities. They have extremely clean rooms a nice size pool area where you and the family can enjoy a day relaxing in a quiet setting. It’s also located near Disneyland theme park and downtown Disney all in all a great stay
I’ve always been a BW fan. This time, I was disappointed. The AC was horrible and very old. The bed linen were dirty.... and I mean literally dirty. The front desk girl was super helpful and professional.
chose this place as I had enough points to cover the cost. Overall quality is top notch. Rooms well appointed & quiet. Staff very Friendly & Helpful Wifi signal strong. Bed & Pillows Comfortable. Great sleep 💤
Terrible customer service. Grossly overcharged me..3 times the average night stay! Took advantage of my situation and made me SO UNCOMFORTABLE with their rude service. Never felt so unwelcome at a hotel! “courtesy” inn? Showed NO COURTESY whatsoever. I was on a week long trip and had to switch hotels midway. I fell ill and the current hotel offered me a room (not free...they just had availability open up) so I wouldn’t have to switch hotels and could rest. I called this best western and explained the situation and asked to cancel. NO. Well can i check in early so i don’t have no where to go, with a fever, for 4 hours. NO. Well can you at lower the penalty charge to the average night stay currently in the area? NO. I then called hotels.com, Where i initially booked the room and they negotiated with the hotel an early check in. When i got to the hotel (which looked terribly run down...gross...not At all like the pictures) i was turned away and told NO EARLY CHECK IN WE SAID! Standing at the desk, with a 101 fever and the women saying “we told you no” with no where else to go was exhausting, humiliating, and all i wanted to do was cry. The general Manager Sue was the worst. Flat out WORST. She heard me at the counter and stuck her head out and said “I’m the one who said no and I’m the general manager.” Then LEFT! Bye. End of discussion. Zero respect, zero customer service. Even if the answer was still no, a little empathy would have been nice! She should not be in the hospitality service because it was obvious she does not know the meaning of the word hospitality. And why couldn’t i get a room early??THEY WERENT EVEN FULL. The parking lot was EMPTY. Because of how rude they were upfront I opted not to stay, and went back to my other hotel (the Tropicana...which was the BEST...please stay there instead) even though Best Western would charge me my grossly overpriced stay. I checked and they were offering rooms for $94 that night and had charged me $400!!!! I was made to feel so uncomfortable that i didn’t even want to stay there for fear they would not change the sheets in my room or do something else to make my stay, and my sickness, even worse. Trust me with all the sickness going around I didn’t even want to be in ANY hotel. this was just a terrible experience all around. But thank goodness for the Tropicana...which I will be writing an excellent review about. All the customer service aspects aside: -inconvenient to the park. Cannot walk there easily -run down -dirty -terribly SMALL -not worth over $50-$80 a night (i had no choice because i needed a room...but they WAY overcharged and took advantage of me) -I’ve already mentioned...staff are rude and non hospitable.…
