Trip to Anaheim - April 2024 - for business and this is the place that got booked. Have to admit - when I arrived I wasn't enthusiastic at all , I thought that I was not paying attention when the hotel was booked for me , but by the end of the 6 nights I spent there I made "peace" with the place. Location - 1070 W Ball Rd - a bit remote from the Convention Center where I had my work for the week ... so I had to take a ride daily back and froth - but it was my mistake... they've got a decent size parking lot if you arrive by car you should have no issue parking there. From the parking in the evening you can see the fireworks from Disneyland. Also near the parking there is small pool - should you feel like having a dip - I did not use it in April- wasn't that warm outside. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful - they've assisted with the items I was needing - very professional approach. A big plus on their service. Room and Bathroom - very clean - room service was passing through the room daily - so nothing to complain from that perspective. The bed was very comfortable also - very big and more than enough for me (however it is more than enough for 2 people also). Breakfast - pretty decent with some good options to grab something in the morning. (Above average compared to other places I've stayed in the US). Mow obviously after 4-5 days it is getting boring but in the end it is decent. Overall a very good experience , if you are not looking for luxury but for a place with a clean bed and a shower - I recommend this place.

Stayed there to go to Disneyland. The room was suitable for a stay for a few nights especially if you are staying mostly at Disney during the day. Traffic noise is very loud. They initially didn’t take my Apple Card, but during check out did. Near a bus stop so you can take it to Disneyland. We used Lyft, expect to spend about 10 dollars one way in average.

This best western hotel had very friendly staff that assisted me when I had trouble finding parking, since the hotel has very limited parking. The hotel is going through so renovation so there is a bit of noise but nothing too loud. The room was spacious and had all the amenities you need. This hote is near Disneyland but not close enough to walk to the park. Overall a very comfortable stay and no major issues.

This hotel is almost on the corner of Disneyland drive ( ball road) you can walk to Disney from here be it would take at least 30 mins you access the theme park through downtown Disney or you could get in to the pixel car park and ride the tram in. The motorway also sits behind the hotel so you have that noise and then the Fire trucks are really loud at 2am. Nothing seamed a problem with the staff. I would stay here again . Downtown Disney parking is $10 for 1 hour but if you buy anything over $20 in the shops they can validate your ticket for an extra 2hrs if you buy food they extend it for 5 hrs parking in total for $10 so max parking would be 6hrs in total . They Disney parking is $35 the trams work till 1am from Downtown Disney back to the car park. There is a monorail that take you from Tomorrow land to the middle of Downtown Disney. The hotel itself is not bad for the price the mattresses need replacing the room is big and has the sink in it with with a Keurig pod coffee machine , fridge and microwave. Big old TV on the wall, safe, noisy aircon unit. No laundrette on site but plenty around. Was offered bottle of water on arrival which was a nice touch. breakfast was basic so waffles, toast, juice, fruit. cereals, coffee dispenser /teas muffins and pastries.

Perfect for our Disneyland stay. Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast room is small but food was fresh and hot. Loved the make yourself waffles. Wasn’t in room to worry about fireworks noise. Hot tub, swimming pool area small but very clean.

Best western is excellent hotel with a very helpful staff and excellent amenities. They have extremely clean rooms a nice size pool area where you and the family can enjoy a day relaxing in a quiet setting. It’s also located near Disneyland theme park and downtown Disney all in all a great stay

My stay at this hotel was great. The perks of this hotel having free breakfast, modern rooms, and a close walk to Disneyland really make it the greatest value hotel in the area in my opinion. Rooms were very clean as well. Not many complaints were had over my stay. Road noise can sometimes be an issue with any hotel in this area. So I would consider bringing earplugs. Customer service was amazing and they were all very nice. Overall, would definitely stay there again.

Run down and not everything in the room worked. One night cost as much as a Disney hotel but was no where near the quality of amenities or level of service offered at disney. Only stayed here because other places were fully booked. I would have rather saved money and slept in the car.

Stay at your own risk - while the location is great for Disneyland, our room was nothing like the pictures shown. We had stained towels, bugs flying in the room, the bath drain didn’t drain properly, found some hair on our towels, and the parking was absolutely horrendous, not enough parking to accommodate guests, the hotel was under renovations and didn’t bother to mention it when we booked, the pool was closed, and isn’t even a pool it’s more for children it’s so small. The only good thing I can say about the hotel is that the bed was comfortable and the AC kicked ass. I regret staying here for the trouble of parking, it was that awful, should have just spent more and went to motel 6 or the budget inn. Pictures shown on the site lie! The wifi didn’t even work, extremely disappointed with our stay.

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful during our stay. The room we had was clean and looked recently updated. The bed was comfortable. Pretty close to Disneyland if you wanted to walk or Uber. A bit noisy in the mornings, but we bring earplugs everywhere since noise is almost expected at a motel.
