We had two large rooms that each slept 6. They were comfortable enough. The kids especially loved the bunk beds. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good except we thought the waffles tasted kind of different than usual. There was plenty of other food though; pancakes, sausage, eggs, potatoes, muffins, etc. It was easy to get to...

price is great. I felt i got a lot for my money. Free breakfast, free wifi which work fast for me. Kids loved the bunk bed. The staff is nice and friendly. Walking distance to Disneyland. I did have a stroller or the walk would have been terrible for the kids coming back after walking all day.

We have stayed at this Best Western a few times and would stay again if the price was right. The good: - Lots of different room configurations, with suites at pretty reasonable prices for the area. - Better than average complimentary breakfast. - Our rooms have always been clean and the beds are comfortable. - My daughter and her friends...

Stayed at Best Western Plus Raffles for 7 nights. We had a 2 bedroom suite as we were travelling with 2 teenagers. The configuration of the room worked for us. It was a bit noisy in the mornings sometimes but we expected that as it had young children excited about Disneyland. Disneyland was about a 20 minute walk. The breakfast...

the type of place that only exists because of Disneyland. Highlights included: leaking toilet, floor/walls that shake whenever anyone walks by, a sagging lamp hanging off the wall, noisy AC, uuuuugly decor, smelly towels, and a special "not waterproof" shower curtain that turns your bathroom into a puddle. Continental breakfast was not edible, i elected to go without breakfast multiple...

Overall the hotel was fine. We spend most of our time at Disneyland so just looking for a good value for a large family. They served a better than average full breakfast that really helped save some money and was a wonderful bonus. It's about a mile walk to Disneyland and the hotel doesn't offer a free shuttle so it...

We arrived on a Friday night to get a night of sleep and an early start in Disneyland the following day. However, we were met with horribly noisy neighbors that were hosting a party in their room and also had several small kids literally jumping in the beds and bouncing off our common wall. Now, I know the hotel is...

Hotel is a bit dated but very clean and the staff were great. Breakfast has a good selection of items. The rooms were quiet and clean. Pool area was a nice spot to relax. A bit of updating might be in order for a Plus grade BW Hotel.

I always look for hotels that are good priced, kid friendly, free wifi, close to or within walking distance to Disneyland & free breakfast. This hotel is all of that but the hotel staff is lackadaisical. They were a bit unprofessional. We had a couple issues but all in all, the hotel met our needs. Neither horrible or great...just average.

We love this hotel for the cool family suites they offer, however on our last visit we surprised by the $14.01 parking fee PER DAY they charge you. They say it is for "Valet Service" but we parked our car ourselves each day and still had to pay the fee per day. I feel that if you are a customer...
