If you want and cheap hotel and don’t mind bums hanging out front, this hotel is for you. Beds where good, pillows were tiny. You can tell they are trying to update the rooms, but who ever painted made a mess everywhere in the bathroom. Other than that I would say the room was clean. Garbage outside of the rooms were pouring over onto the ground, just because COVID is going on, there should be no reason why they can’t keep the property nice and clean. Beware of the $200 deposit, they don’t post it on their website.
We had a free night stay so we decided to use it, we chose this place since we had been here in 2014 and it was close to everything. Big mistake!!The quality has gone down!!! They advertise on the web site free breakfast, that is not done and I can understand because of the virus, but here in NM the hotels give you a grab n go bag with bottle of water, fruit snack, and granola bar. They advertise a swimming pool, that has a yellow tape across gate to not enter, we were in Phoenix and their pool was open and you could use at your own risk. They have a sign by the check in window that they like you to read and it talks about modified maid service, LETS SAY NO MAID SERVICE for 3 days. They could have come into at least empty the trash for that was over flowing and give us fresh towels, for we had to hang the towels we had around the room for they would be dry to use the next night. We had hot water the first and second night but on the third night my husband got a nice hot shower and then I took mine 2 hours later and I ran out of hot water about half way through my shower. The bed was comfy along with the pillows. There is a 2 seat couch with ottoman, a desk with chair, 2 night stands with phone chargers, a dresser, mini frig and microwave, a stand to put your luggage on and a small closet, a nice tv mounted on wall. The water at the sink ran very little. There are some old mattresses out in the corner of the parking lot along with some big brown empty boxes, which make it look so ghetto like. The worst thing is that my husband woke up EVERY morning with a bug bite or two on him. Wednesday it was his stomach, Thursday his left side of his back, shoulder, wrist and ankle ,Friday it was his left side of his back again along with his right inner thigh and right ankle. I was not bit at all. We are hoping it is a spider or mosquito not bed bug bites. The price for the other 2 nights were $62.10 per night plus tax, which is not bad. The walls are pretty thin, for we could hear our neighbors every so often. The a/c was real good. There was a noise at night like something turning on and off in the bathroom area.…
Fantastic place to stay for our holiday highly recommended. Very clean the breakfast was fabulous. The shuttle was great too. The staff were so accomadating very helpful. It was so toclose to Disneyland you could see the fire works.
It was okay. I've stayed at better hotels for similar price. Decent distance to Disneyland, hot water went out during the stay but we got a discount for it so I guess that was a win! I would stay here again for the discounted rate we got
