Hotel's Favourite
This is a great choice of motel if you are looking for a clean and well-kept property. The rooms have been modernized and the beds are new and very comfortable. All the amenities you would expect in a large chain. Parking is free and we were able to park in the morning before the room was ready and walk to Disneyland and then come back around 3 PM for a break to rest in the room before going back to Disneyland for the evening. It is about a 15 minute walk down Harbor Boulevard and is a much better location than other properties west of the park since you can enter at the Harbor entrance instead of having to walk through downtown Disney. Free breakfast is included and has hot items such as waffles and eggs, plus cold items such as cereal, yogurt and fruit. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff at this motel is very friendly and helpful, so I feel bad sharing that this is not a great hotel. I booked through Priceline who billed this as a 2.5 star hotel, which is .5 to 1 star higher than it should warrant. There was a surprise $13.80/night “Resort Fee” at check in, which is laughable - this is a motel with limited/cramped parking, a low quality free breakfast, and marginally clean rooms with thin walls. I am not sure in whose imagination this is a resort. The distance to Disneyland is misleading, perhaps it was measured from the closest point of the property to the closest point of Disneyland, not the entrance. At least half of the parking spots are labeled “compact” and we had difficulty getting in/out of our car as tight as the parking spaces are. The pool is tiny. I didn’t expect to swim on this trip but would have been disappointed if I had.
As mentioned above, the staff was very friendly. Requests for additional towels were met quickly and happily, and they always greeted us warmly when we entered the lobby.

Joe at front desk working the evening of Dec 10, 2023 was absolutely fantastic!! He was incredibly kind and accommodating, especially when we asked to be moved due to some noisy neighbors. The room we were moved to was very clean and smelled nice (like pine) with clean towels, bed, and bathroom. The location is convenient and a close walk to the Disneyland park. I would 1000% return in the future, and I hope to see Joe when I do!

Alfred, the manager, was amazing! He helped me find a parking spot and was very kind. Great customer service! The motel is within 2 miles of Disney. The only issue I have is limited parking with tight spaces and not much maneuvering room. Also, there is no free shuttle. You have to download an app for the official Disney shuttle, which costs about $6 pp. For me, the shuttle was advertised as a selling point.

Visited for a Disneyland trip and it was so close that we could have walked but took advantage of the $4-$6 Uber rides. Additionally, Alfred and Paul at the front desk were amazing with helping us out since we had booked 3 nights but were in 2 different rooms. Treated like family and will definitely be coming back!

The rooms are nice and clean maintenance was really nice to fix my TV right on the spot Alfred at the front desk is awesome. Do you need anything? You need to see Alfred really good guy I will definitely be back. Nice and close to Disneyland 18 minutes to walk Uber lots of food go to downtown Disneyland eat whatever you want. We had a great time.

There is a shuttle available through the City of Anaheim - it's called the Anaheim Resort Transit (ART). They run every half hour, first one comes half hour before the park opens and the last one leaves Disneyland half hour after it closes. The cost is $5.50 for an adult and $2 for children for an all day pass The shuttle picks up less than a block from the hotel. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
