Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
The room I stayed in needed repairs, not maintenance. Bed was broken, toilet paper holder was broken and counter top near sink needs repair. In addition, it appears that the facility is being used to home long term residents. Parking spaces were blocked using "Super 8" labeled pylons, thereby creating reserved parking for the residents. Room appeared clean, but had a cover-up perfume smell. I really did not feel comfortable staying here and will not return.

The only nice thing I have to say is when we checked in they had no problem changing our upstairs room to a floor level, I have a knee injury and there are no elevators, so that was nice of them... But, the room was actually pretty dirty, floors weren't really cleaned, I guess the bedding had been cleaned, but had a weird smell. The bed was hard and lumpy, and the pillows were way too soft and squishy. We woke up in horrible pain, and tired as hell since your waking up in pain and turning over every half hr. At least the AC worked, it was hot as hell there (I mean, that's Auburn in the summer. lol). The shower temp was off, it was either scalding hot water or like super warm. Oh and, they don't do a full breakfast but said they offer coffee, juice, fruit and pastries in the lobby... But when we went there was nothing actually out and it was like 8am. But there is a Starbucks right around the corner, so that made me happy. lol.

Convenient to interstate. Two fast food places right next door. Had pool, think was open as no signs indicating closed. Concerning that fire pull stations have out of order on them. Room was clean w mw, refrigerator and coffeemaker just building needs some tlc. Bed had 4 pillows, all which you could scrunch up into a small ball. Door did not seal tightly, could see daylight out of it. Water pressure and temperature not as good in morning. Based on vehicles in parking lot have impression that companies have workers stay during the week and also think one room used by handyman. Breakfast a wrapped Danish and apple or orange. Even though Wyndham member and made reservations in advance told no downstairs rooms available though based on observation didn’t seem the case. Felt check-in took far to long and not because others in front. Overall, it worked for night just won’t be an option the next time I travel.

I enjoyed my 5 night stay here. My room was clean and fairly roomy with all of the most important amenities . The bed was Very comfortable !! nice large flat screen TV. Coffee maker with condiments , blow dryer, micro wave, mini fridge ,plenty of towels, ice bucket and cups... mini shampoos, conditioner, lotion. There was also a mining dining table and two nice chairs. * negatives: mini fridge sitting directly on the floor (Tacky and hard to reach into for older people ) old wire clothing rack was very dusty/discolored.* no convenient plug outlets.. only one was along side the front window, Over all I enjoyed my stay there and a great place for a budget price. I also liked the location.

Worse than awful. It honestly deserves 0 stars but that's not an option. Downright aggressive, rude, and threatening staff, and everything is a filthy mess! They find any excuse to threaten to take your deposit; like eating food quietly with your family outside your room. Do not stay here!

DO NOT STAY HERE. This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Got to hotel at 2:50, the very rude front desk girl would not check anyone in until 3. She literally told us to sit down in lobby until 3 to check-in. We were not the only ones just standing around for 10 minutes? Really? She just stood there for 10 minutes then started checking people in. Got to the room and the bedding was dirty and disgusting. There were only two very small pillows in the bed, the side tables were dirty, sink was dirty, shower full of mold. Went to front desk and said they do not have any more pillows and no clean blankets. I asked for someone to come clean the mold, she sent over a bottle of cleaner that does not remove mold. They would not give a refund , we went to the store and bought out own blankets and pillows. The walls, doors, baseboards and floors are filthy. The front desk was ride and I helpful and actually said "whatever". This hotel needs a visit from the health department. The staff needs to be replaced. The curtains were hanging off the wall.

If you could please email us more pertaining to your stay so we know what guest this is pertaining to as tripadvisor does not confirm a guest has stayed there for we can't check to resolve these matters. This way we can go back and look into this matter specially as we are not allowed to give out chemicals to guests "for cleaning". Guess I should have known. For a cheap price you will get garbage. Needed a room for my wife, 4 month old son and I for one night. Walked in the room and instantly smelled cigarette smoke, the bed was unmade, floor was dirty, cobwebs in the corners, window didn’t lock and there were 4 spiders on the window sill. We immediately walked out and cancelled our reservation. Couldn’t even lay my son on the bed to change his diaper. Found another hotel near by that was much better. We left smelling of smoke and bad decisions. Never again.

The bed is comfortable and room overall quiet. It is an older motel and subject to ants and other pests. Insect control could be better and air conditioners could be serviced and updated. It serves as a less expensive place to stay.

Room was not good. Trash in the room when we arrived. The bathroom light fixture was off and on the floor. Bedside lamp not working and one of the outlets didn't work next to the bed as well. The room had an old musty unused smell so I had to use my usb car air freshener in the room overnight to be able to stand it. Don't recommend.

Quiet property off the main road so there was no road noise. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was clean and refreshing. I brought my laptop and watched a movie on that, and I'm glad I did cause I tried the tv the second day and there was no sound! I left a note for the housekeeper to pass along to maintenance. Overall, a lovely stay and I will definitely stay there again.
