We are Hyatt Residence owners and the Studio's at the Aspen club is TINY in comparison to the others. The kitchenette is very small and no stove top and the fridge is very very small. Otherwise the resort is fantastic with great decor and the best location 1 block from the gond

Thank you for the review. Pleased to read that you found the service to be "amazing". I agree, our studios are tiny, comfortable but tiny. If you know what you're getting prior to arrival they're adequate, if not, it can be somewhat of a surprise. Thank you again.

We traded our Mexican time share for a week at this resort during the John Denver Celebration. This was the best vacation experience my husband and I have ever had! Words can not describe our overall satisfaction with this resort and our interactions with staff. The only negat

Thank you for the wonderful survey, glad you enjoyed the visit and that we were part of the experience. Sorry about the constant housekeeping visits, we are proud of the fact that the property is very clean - they obviously took it a bit too far. Glad my email was helpful as well, I wish more would ask questions prior to arrival - at times, it would make their visit more enjoyable. Thanks again.

Went to Aspen for our 25th Anniversary. Had a wonderful time at the HRC Aspen. It is a beautiful hotel and property. Luxurious and clean rooms and a friendly staff. The only negative is that parking is not included for Globalists, which was not clear to me when making the reserva

Happy Anniversary. Glad you had a nice time while here, and thanks for the nice comments. Sorry the parking wasn't explained clearly to you at check-in or check-out. It gets somewhat confusing when it comes to services and amenities for World of Hyatt members. As we are not a Hyatt Hotel we are not required to offer the same "benefits" that the hotels offer, the bottom line is that we need to communicate better. Thanks again.

We had a great experience at the Hyatt Grand Aspen! The rooms are beautiful and spacious and the staff is outstanding! A great place to stay in Aspen as the property is by the gondola and all shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance.

Love going to Aspen. Actually we make an annual Fall trip. We prefer to drive in via Independence Pass ... but it was closed this year due to early snow. It will be a super ski season ! The Aspen Grand Hyatt is a wonderful place to stay. With a full functional kitchen we can eat

is this ski in ski out?
Most would consider it "ski in - ski out". Aspen mountains gondola is a short walk from the property but there is that short walk.

We are looking into staying at the Hyatt Grand Aspen for our honeymoon. Does the hotel have a honeymoon type suit? What are some suggestions of things to do while honeymooning in Aspen?
Congratulations!!!! As we are not a typical Hyatt Hotel we don't have what some would consider a typical honeymoon suite. I think our rooms are much nicer. If you decide to stay with us call me directly and I'll ensure you get someone very nice. As far as things to do in Aspen...there is always something to do, what you do will depend on the time of the year you come to visit. I don't think you'll be disappointed - Aspen has something for everyone, great restaurants, the arts, shopping, and of course, the area alone is worth the visit. Feel free to call me; even if you don't stay with us I'll be happy to give you some advice on activities. Again, congratulations and best of luck!!! Vic G.

Coming this weekend for Ruggerfest. Nothing but great reviews I've seen. Any suggestions on things I MUST do when in town for the weekend? Best, Allen
Glad you're considering staying with us. Along with Ruggest Fest, which starts on Thursday the 17th and goes to the 20th, there is also a Hot Air Balloon Festival from the 18th to the 20th. Also, in Snowmass, a town about 30 minutes away from Aspen, there will be a Wine Festival and an Exotic Sports Festival which is on the 18th. Hope this helps - should be a great time to be here if the weather cooperates. Vic G.
