We enjoyed everything about our stay. We loved the happy hours hors d'oeuvres, and drink specials. The establishment was spotless and well kept. The staff as a whole were very friendly, and helpful. The location couldn't have been any better.
Lovely historical hotel with period bar and lobby, great porches with rocking chairs. Dinner was wonderful. Room was adequate. Twin Bed mattresses were horrible and down quilts are not suited to FL weather. WiFi was impossible to connect to. Lots of deferred maintenance evident everywhere.
Lovely hotel with lots of history. Built in 1907. Each room is comfortable and decorated differently but in keeping with the hotels style. Wonderful porches with rockers. Great bar. Walking distance to many stores and restaurants
Walked in off the street after previous accommodations weren’t satisfactory. Brittany greeted us with a smile and gave us several options to choose from. We chose the 3rd floor which was above any street noise (which is minimal anyway). The staff are always available, always...More
No trip to Apalachicola is complete without a beer outside the Gibson Inn. The locally brewed Dirty Blonde goes down well. The property opposite has been renovated and is not the eyesore that it once was.
