This was a great boutique hotel! When we arrived our bags were taken and we were welcomed by name and taken to the bar for a rum punch as we were checked in! They answered all our questions and then escorted us to our room....More

Taxi cabs usually charge anywhere between 20 - 35 US Dollars to bring you to the resort, either from the San Pedro Airport or the San Pedro Marina. Our taxi cab driver will charge you 25.00 US Dollars and this includes a stop at the grocery shop, if you wish, this is where you can get snacks and grocery's for your stay.
The reason that they are so expensive is that these taxi cab's have to pay a toll to pass the bridge, which is 7.50 US Dollars to go up the bridge and 7.50 US Dollars to go down the bridge, this is even they are empty. So basically the taxi cab drivers already include the toll pass on the total price that they are charging.

When we were there in February, the seaweed didn't roll in til about the last two days of our trip. The majority of the time the ocean was perfect---sometimes the current and wind conditions cause the seaweed to bump up against the sea wall at the resort, but we found that to be a rarity. The majority of the time the sea is just beautiful.
