Outstanding in every respect! From first point of contact before our holiday to the final goodbye, professional and friendly. Luis and Budge went above and beyond to make our trip memorable for certain - the snorkeling is like nothing I’ve ever seen - appreciate the pk and the enthusiasm shown by Luis and Gogo also. Miss E knocked it out of the park with the food. Lots of time for unscheduled activities, and kept busy with the programming. I loved the fact that Luis asked what we are expecting from the trip and if there is something that we are missing, we simply ask. It’s like a customized custom trip. We had only 6 guests including us 🤩 Loved all of it - wall tents, casual vibe, and of course the staff that are absolutely top notch

Spent 3 nights at Glover's Reef with my Dad as part of our adventure Belize vacation. It was incredible to be on this little island and they provide a great location and experience. There were 6 other guests there, in addition to us for 8. Luis, Steve and Budge were excellent guides, giving us individual instruction and attention for snorkeling, kayaking, sail kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing, as well as company and entertainment the whole time. I've been snorkeling for years but never had such complete instruction and actually learned and saw so much more than ever before. Food great and plentiful. Loved listening to ocean and wind at night- perfect to lull us to sleep after a long day. Would recommend to anyone interested in adventure in a gorgeous setting.

Fantastic trip hosted by Island Expeditions! We were a family of four with two teenagers. Amazing location with a ton of things to do - and experienced guides to demonstrate how best to do things, and do them safely and well. Snorkelling, kayaking and fishing were unparalleled! Highly recommend for other families. Our kids loved it - and were really disappointed to leave. Definitely among the best trips we have had - and one we will be repeating soon.

Couldn't have asked for a better island experience in Belize! The crew truly felt like a family (Steve, Luis, Wilson, and Budge) and took care of our group of 12 super well. Plenty of well-planned activities -- kayaking, snorkeling, fishing, night walk, and paddleboarding -- to keep us busy the whole time (but we still had ample time to chill on hammocks around the island!). Our group of very inexperienced divers requested a diving excursion last minute, and Steve was kind enough to coordinate a trip with a nearby dive shop and even took photos of us using his gopro camera. A few of us wanted a second dive and Steve took that upon himself and led us to one of the most gorgeous reef walls nearby. Definitely the highlight of my time there! I also wasn't expecting the food to be this good on the island - we even got to grill our catch during the fishing trip! For accommodation, the camps and composting toilets are basic but well-maintained; the guides also responded promptly to requests.

From our first afternoon at Glover's Reef my expectations were exceeded - such a range of activities, beautiful reefs nearby, delicious and lovingly prepared food, capable guides that became friends in Steve, Luis, Wilson, and Budge - and inspiring views that never got old. While the accommodations are on the rustic side - think tents and composting toilets - everything felt very comfortable and clean and I felt like I was in paradise every day from the front porch of my tent. I'm already planning a return trip with my family because I want to share this very special experience with more people I love. Our friend group can't stop talking about our time at Glovers Reef!

Came here with a grad school group. Our guides Budge, Louis, Wilson, and Steve were all incredible and went above and beyond! Everyday there was a variety of activities from kayak, star gazing, octopus night walk, etc. Steve went above and beyond to accommodate our group when it came to getting some SCUBA activities in the schedule. Don’t forget to ask Budge to show you how to push the bottle through the napkin. Friendships are the best ships!

Amazing adventure! We loved everything about our stay on Glover's Reef with Island Expeditions. The snorkeling was incredible, sailing back to camp in our kayaks, happy hour on the reef (and at camp), delicious meals, comfy beds, yoga on the beach, and the most amazing guides; Budge, Ben and Pedro. "That's what I'm talking about"

We stayed 3 nights; in retrospect we should have stayed longer!! Our boat ride was delayed by high winds (due to a Norther), but when we arrived, Luis and his team immediately arranged for an afternoon snorkel in the lee of the island. The setting is beautiful! We slept well, in spite of initial worries about sleeping in tents; well fed and tired from activities (daily selection tailored to the weather conditions). Highly recommend and hope to return soon!!

This was our 2nd trip with Island Expeditions and I would book a third! The guides are what make their trips special. The education sessions, the way the guides join in on the evening fun.. it all makes for a cultural experience in addition to a tropical getaway. The reefs around Glovers are exceptional and even though we had some rough water, we felt safe the whole time. One a particularly rough day, the guides created a land-based Island Olympics for the guests, since we couldn't be in the water. It was awesome. These trips always attract the most interesting guests too, which makes the trip enjoyable. The food at Glover's was particularly excellent. Having stayed on 3 different islands, Glover's is the best. The facilities were always clean and the tents were tightened up when the weather arrived. They really take care of everything.
