I stayed at this Lodge with my husband and two kids along with another family of 4 we were traveling with. The accommodations worked well for our large group. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable. There is even a small kitchen area. The kids had fun in the swimming pools when we returned from our excursions in the afternoon and...

We loved our stay here. The description of the rooms wasn't very clear, so I was pleasantly surprised when they put us in a two bedroom, two bath cottage with a kitchen. The lodge is right on the river and the views were spectacular. We fell asleep to the sound of howler monkeys and woke to the jungle birds. For...

We stayed here for two nights since we wanted to split our time in the jungle and on the beach. The staff was very accommodating with any request we had. The chef had no problem cooking for us, with my dairy allergy. The cabins are decorated in a jungle theme. We stayed in a 2 bedroom with a kitchen/living room...

The property is easy to find while driving, has a security guard at the entrance, and the setting along the river is impressive. The different buildings and cabins are widely distributed, with beautiful elevated paths connecting the different areas. We stayed in the back, where our independent cabins (with impressive bathrooms and good AC) over stilts looked over a perfect...

Dream Valley Jungle Lodge is situated on a large, slow flowing river lined with tall trees. The property itself is spread out along the river bank and has plenty of area to walk around and explore the scenery. The morning that we left, we took a short hike just down the edge of the river and saw groups of howler...

This was a lovely place to start our vacation. We stayed 3 nights in the upper cabins then they upgraded us to an incredible spacious cabin which overlooked the river. Both areas were very clean and comfortable. The upper pool was new and well maintained. The resort was very quiet which we enjoyed. The staff gave exceptional service. A special...

Our family has visited Dream Valley Jungle Lodge several times now and each time is better than the last! The location is incredible and the grounds meticulously maintained. The beauty and peace of this property can't be overstated! The staff is friendly and accommodating - beyond what you would normally expect and it's fantastic. The cabanas are comfortable and spacious,...

This was an in interesting place. The rooms were nice and spacious. The actual spot is in the middle of no where. Not much to do there and when we were there in August, we were alone. The spa wasn't open disappointing. The swimming pool is actually two above ground vinyl pools. The food was ok good but expensive. This...

Did not stay here but stopped for lunch. About a mile down a well maintained dirt road, safe and secure location with a manned gate. Grounds are well groomed and the facilities nice. Would be a very nice place to base out of for other excursions. On the river with canoes!

Upon our arrival we were greeted by Lucy and Anthony which is such a personal touch. We were also greeted every time we returned to the resort which made a feel like a valued guest. We were two families traveling, a total of eight people. We all felt that we were treated as if it were our own personal resort....
