We stayed in a private ensuite room for 3 nights in March 2017. The owner was lovely although had little English. We requested extra pillows during the stay and she provided immediately. Price was good value. Wifi is OK- slow but that's common. Kitchen was standard but welcoming and not intrusive like some other guesthouses we've stayed at in Central...

Quiet guest house not far from center. There's a shared kitchen you can use that has also a fridge. Comfortable room with private bathroom. Just round the corner is Ajaw Chocolate manufacture - definitely worth visiting as well as Ajaw's cocoa farm.

We enjoyed the layout with a central table and kitchen area... great for visiting and extended stays. It was affordable and an easy walk from town. I stayed 6 nights, unfortunately didn't sleep 2 nights due to the neighbors dog, cats fighting and a 1:30am rooster; all of which went on through the wee hours of the morning. Even so,...

We stayed in J & R after four nights partying in Caye Caulker. A good night's sleep was top priority as we were in San Ignacio to visit the ATM Cave the following morning. Our room (for four) was simple and clean. It was a touch too small for four people plus rucksacks, and having a shared bathroom is what...

We loved our stay here. Nice room with good van. The kitchen had everything we need and we had the room with three beds Just for 35 Belizean Dollars pro night. The family who owns the place was there when needed in the house next to the guesthouse. Great!

We ended up staying twice as long as we had planned simply because it is a cheap and cosy place. Rosa and her staff made us feel welcome at all times and helped out where they could. It has a well equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom. What more could you need?

A cute guesthouse with very friendly owners. The rooms are small but well decorated and comfortable. There's a kitchen for guests use which is again small but perfectly functional, and the guesthouse location is a 2 minute walk to the centre of town - 30 seconds to a chocolate shop, and 1 minute to a gorgeous smelling bakery! Its dangerous!

We have visited this hostel on July 2016 and were really positively surprised! Clean rooms and bathroom, well equipped kitchen, cosy and home-feel environment. But the best was very nice stuff who provided us with many useful information (such as how to get the cheapest way over to Guatemala and so on). Definitely recommend! 5/5.

We stayed in the hostel for 3 nights and it was really nice. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful!!! We really appreciated that. Also, the hostel was very neat, they would even clean the fans when cleaned the rooms. The last star we gave them because of the more than resonable price!
