We came across singing sands and saw they had a restaurant and decided to check it out! We didn't stay overnight, and looked at their menu and saw a meat lovers pizza! We were sold. We saw they had a beautiful pool and asked if we could swim while waiting for our food. The salt water pool was really refreshing...

What an amazing resort that is close to town, but not too close! The restaurant is incredible and there is no request that is too much trouble. A little pricey compared to local joints in Placencia, but the quality of the food and atmosphere are worth it; just couldn't afford to eat every meal there. The rooms were nice, clean...

My friend and I are in Belize for a medical rotation and are trying to see as much of Belize as possible. That being said a weekend trip to Placencia was highly recommended and so we began our search on trip advisor for a place to stay... Time and time again Singing Sands Inn came up as the top place...

Wow! We do not have enough words to explain how amazing our trip was! We spent 6 days in Placencia last week and we absolutely loved it. Maya, Domingo, Eddy, Orbando, Daniel and the rest of the Singing Sands team were beyond attentive. Anything we needed -from tours to ice to extra butter - they were glad to help us...

We stayed at Singing Sands for 5 nights as part of a buy 4 get one free deal. The grounds are intimate and gorgeous. We were in bungalow 2 which is right near the ocean and the dock. The dock is the #1 best feature of the hotel. It was amazing to sit out there and watch the heat lightening...

My wife and I visited Belize in March 2012 and we booked this place based on the reviews from this site. There is not 1 bad thing I can say about this place. Maya is usually the main person that runs the place but she had to go out of town while we were there so her sister Hyon took...

We just returned from three nights. We would never have found Singing Sands without Groupon. The resort has 6 cabanas and I think 4 hotel room like flats. We stayed in one of the flats because when we made our vacation plans a week in advance, there were not any cabanas available. The flats aren't as "rustic" as the cabanas,...
