We stayed with this wonderful family at this small resort. My wife and I spent 2 weeks in the area working on a piece of property. The owners could not have been more gracious and welcoming. Very relaxing, beautiful setting amid thatch covered bungalows, plants, trees and birds. Overall a great experience and we hope to return! Breakfast every morning...

My girlfriend and I stumbled upon the Sun Creek Lodge when we were looking for a place to stay one afternoon. Marissa - our host - welcomed us in and showed us the cabins, which were all very clean, spacious and attractive. The location is amazing - in thick, lush rainforest, with plenty of monkeys and exotic birds nearby to...

Spent 4 days at Sun Creek Lodge and it was a great experience. Really good accommodation at a really good price. Owners/hosts Tomas and Marisa were very genuine (not trying just to impress the tourists) and their children were great. Miss Rosa does a killer breakfast with killer coffee too. Best place I've ever stayed south of Virginia.

I loves staying at Sun Creek and Marisa and her son, daughter, and husband were very welcoming! I arrived from Guatemala by boat into Punta Gorda then took the 20 minute taxi ride up the road to the lodge. The lodge was very clean and had several round cabins. I got a cabin all to myself in and Marisa even...

My husband and I had originally booked the Hummingbird cabana (indoor toilet, full kitchen, and wood lever windows), perfect for 3 nights . When we arrive, the common area was going through renovations so the owners turned the Hummingbird into a common area and they put us in the Parrot cabana (outdoor toliet, no running water indoors, screened windows, no...

What a gem! lush gardens surrounded our cozy cabana, accommodations were clean and bright. Enjoyed a delicious belizean breakfast each morning. The owner and their family were helpful, hospitable, and thoroughly enjoyable. Making our first trip to Belize truly memorable and comfortable. A jungle home that felt like home.

SunCreek Lodge, set in a beautiful, tropical place, is a wonderful oasis, away from bustling Punta Gorda and near Mayan Sites and waterfalls. Our cottage was roomy, with a cooling thatched roof and an outdoor bathroom, enclosed, yet open to the air and lovely foliage. The owners were gracious and served a healthy breakfast of tortillas, eggs and fruit. Dinner...

We were blessed because the cabin we had reserved was being renovated and we were granted the largest cabin, which is very large and beautiful. The garden is also very nice and private, and the owners and the lady who cooks for you in the morning are wonderfully warm. We would have stayed there for longer, and I will go...
