Blue Belize is a nice quiet guest house very near Asha's Cultural Kitchen. Good sized rooms with kitchen and sitting room as well as large patio overlooking the Bay of Honduras. Esme serves breakfast on the patio each morning at the appointed time. Laundry services are also available at reasonable charges.

We completely enjoyed our four night stay with Esme and the Blue Belize. I cannot remember the room name, but we stayed on the second floor of building on the right. It had a great view of the ocean and very nice. We were there for Christmas and Esme shared some of her special Christmas beard. I completely recommend this...

We stayed in the Almond Suite on the top floor. Gorgeous view to the water, obstructed a bit by large palms depending on where you sit, but all you need to do is move your chair. The suite was perfect size, plenty of space to store your clothes, nice size bathroom, couch in the kitchen/living area, comfortable bed, and lots...

I have the Sunset Suite and it was beautiful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious every morning and Esme's bread was to die for. My students and I stayed for 14 nights while working at Hillside Health International. Esme and George were there for anything that I could possibly need all I had to do was ring a bell. This location...

We stayed for 5 nights over New Year as a base to discover the deep south of Belize. Esme made us so comfortable and was so welcoming and friendly. Her home baked banana bread in the morning with freshly picked fruits were delicious. The cottage is opposite the ocean and had 2 bedrooms, 1 with fans and 1 with fan...

Stayed two weeks for a study abroad experience. Clean rooms, peaceful atmosphere. Esme & George are great and friendly. Fresh baked breads and juice. Down the street from Ashas and Marians. Will be back!

Wonderful place overall. Could make it a little easier to find local food and groceries given that there is no restaurant. The view from the second floor was lovely. Esme the manager is very gracious.

What a wonderful haven in Punta Gorda! Booking and getting to Blue Belize was a very smooth online process. My friends and I were coming into Punta Gorda by ferry from Guatemala and Esme was incredibly helpful in getting us information regarding ferry time departure/arrivals as well as bus information for our plans to venture up further north to Hopkins....
