Eu constatei que o lugar é muito agradável, fica na Zona Viva da cidade (Zona 10) e bom principalmente para longas estadias, porque há cozinha e geladeira para você fazer sua refeições. This is a very pleasant place, it is locate at the "Zona Viva" from Guatemala City (Zona 10) and is mainly enjoyable, because there is a kitchen, if...

Stayed twice in one week. Check in was easy, English speaking front desk staff. Comfy and HUGE bed. Breakfast was pretty standard including an egg station. Good kitchen facilities in rooms but be warned - absolutely no cutlery, crockery, cookware provided. We didn't plan to cook but just in case you're planning too I thought I'd mention it. We ate...

We visited the Mercure Casa Veranda for a short getaway for our anniversary. We have visited many hotels in Guatemala City due to our work, mostly the larger chain hotels. This hotel has special qualities you cannot find in a larger hotel. It's location is ideal both for those just enjoying a getaway as well as those in town for...

But when I went to check out the unpleasant young man behind the desk charged me for 2 weak coffee-bags I'd used in my room. Of course I thought he was joking, but no, not only did he not tell me the extra...

We stayed at this hotel just one night to catch a very early flight. The first room we were shown was on the 12th floor where there's a constant and loud humming noise from the hotel turbine. When I complained and asked to be changed I was told "guests always complain about the noise on this floor". Given that they...

We stayed in the Mercure for one day to catch a flight to Roatan. The property is very nice and clean. The staff are attentive with needs and questions - even called to check on restaurants. Bed is comfortable and the king suite room is good size.
