Pana seemed to be quite an expensive little place, this hotel however was on the cheaper end and was well worth the money. Great room, good shower pressure, hot water, free breakfast. We were promised a buffet breakfast but got a set menu of eggs instead which was quite good. The staff spoke english and were very helpful. Great central...

This place is right on the Main Street of Panajechel with lots of well-rated restaurants at walking distance. But oh the soaking tubs are wonderful, you can ring for an attendant to add extra hot water via a waterfall. Also, a wonderful cold waterfall foot soak for therapeutic value

Shabby rooms NO Breakfast. No one uses the hot springs it's small and doesn't look clean. Beds are not great. For this price in Guatemala we expected a LOT better. Hotel staff at the front was just OK. They sell hard.

I'm a hot springs aficionado and so when I learned they had natural volcanic springs I knew this would be a treat. So good we stayed a second 3 night stay before departing Guate. Rooms are nice. Food was average, coffee poor, 2nd grade beans. Wifi only in reception area. But oh the soaking tubs are wonderful, you can ring...

This place is right on the Main Street of Panajechal with lots of well-rated restaurants at walking distance. Rooms are of different sizes and layouts and you might have to request he staff to get a good one. They say they have a natural hot spring, which doesn't look natural though, but a good place to relax. Hot spring was...

I stayed here with my daughters, ages 6 and 9. My youngest wasn't feeling well, and this was a wonderfully quiet and relaxing place to take it easy and get better. The thermal pools were great, especially at night. The service was wonderful, the food was good and fairly priced. Hotel Regis is on Calle Santander, right in the middle...

This hotel is a clean and basic hotel - we stayed one night and it was perfect. The volcanic heated hot springs was wonderful, especially after a long hike the previous day. Perfect for a quick stay but not sure I would choose for extended time. Wi fi is only available in the reception area which was a big disappointment.

The hotel is Just at the center of the city. Colonial style, simple rooms no air conditioned but we didn't feel like need. All one floor with beautiful garden all over. The hot springs are a tribute to our stay. Near the beach that is very recommended to swim.

We went to the Regis Hotel without putting it much thought as we booked late and it was one of the few options still available. We were thrilled upon arriving. The hotel very nice, well maintained and has tons of green areas to walk through or just sit and relax. We didn't try the thermal baths but they seemed well...

The place is beautiful, the rooms are small and very welcoming, is located in Santander street, with access to the lake and all restaurants that are around, the hotel has a sauna for use of all, and two jacuzzi made of stone where one can relax and enjoy the moment.
