We stayed at Jenna's for 4 nights at the beginning of March, 2017. We had room 3 which was located up the narrow stairs, right above the kitchen. The room is small, but had a queen size bed. Bathroom very small, but we made it work. The sink is actually located in the small bedroom. The stairs up to the...

We stayed for a week and can see the atractions of this interesting building and garden. One block from the lake and walking distance to the town is good, also Pana is the easiest place to stay to see the other locations around the lake. Breakfast and helpful service are indeed great, however, the building and rooms are getting somewhat...

We loved our stay with Jennifer, she goes out of her way to help and makes people feel at home. We were in room 2, downstairs between reception and the kitchen, near the stairs, so unfortunately with poor soundproofing so the room was bit noisy. Everything else was fantastic especially the amazing 'family' breakfasts. We would thoroughly recommend you stay...

My wife and I stayed at Jenna's 30 days .The morning breakfasts were always super, never the same and lots of choices.Jenna runs a tight schedule which is great for planning. You cannot find better maid service. They were always on top of things.AWESOME. And Jenna's garden, it is special because there are not a lot of very good places...

Jenna goes all out for her visitors. Great breakfasts and conversation. Anything you need, ask Jenna and it will be solved. I'd definitely return. All the rooms are different. Our first room had 2 twin beds and was a little on the small side. Jenna moved us downstairs to a perfect room.

We love this place. Stayed almost a week. Really like the family style breakfast, which gives you a chance to trade information with other guests. Beds are very comfortable. Centrally located. There is a living area full of couches and art. Very good Wi-Fi.

Not the fanciest place, but there is something magic about it. The rooms are each extensively decorated with interesting touches. Hand woven Maya bedspreads, interesting art ( not holiday inn art) and just a great comfy feeling. Jenna is a gift to the world. Each guest is really her guest and if you need to get to another town, find...

Jenna made us feel so welcome and was very helpful in arranging transportation for us. The location was convenient and setting is beautiful. The room had fresh flowers and fresh water every day. We enjoyed having breakfast and conversation with other guests from other parts of the world.

Jenna's is very comfortable and cozy. We chose the hotel as it is dog friendly and the other allowed us to bring a well behaved dog for a one night stay....The hotel is very close to the lake and Calle Santander, very central to all of the main areas of Panajachel. The hotel has a terrace as well that makes...

We were fortunate to find a room at Jenna's last week when our rental house near Santa Cruz became uninhabitable due to the wildfires. Despite the short notice, Jenna found us a suitable room and she, Luis, and the rest of her staff did everything to make us feel welcome. We got the last available room, and likely not the...
