I stayed in this wonderful hotel for one week. I loved the hotel staff! They all were very kind and considerate! The breakfast and dinner buffet were absolutely delicious! My room had a beautiful view! Highly recommend this hotel!

Great location. Easy walk to restaurants and jetties for water taxis. Beautiful views of Lake Atitlan, the volcanoes and stunning sunsets! Nice pool. Staff were helpful. But it was very noisy at night - bring earplugs.
Very nice hotel and even a nicer service in all areas! Great food with various options.
Enchanting view of the lake from top floors rooms.
So thankful to the staff who were very graceful and helpful when needed.
