The Finca Tatin is amazing. Part Disney Jungle Cruise, part Tarzan of the Jungle, part Indiana Jones, it was really wild staying in thatched huts, sleeping under mosquito nets. The place is only accesible by boat on the Rio Dulce. It is really overwhelming . . . Take a moment to acclimate yourself, and reconcile yourself to damp and rain...

Staying at Finca Tatin has been one of the best places i've ever stayed at. It's quite a fun environment because you can play background music and dance the night way and for a jungle-style hotel, it has some great amendities for the tourists like a hot shower, a sauna, and showers, and hammocks for relaxation. Plus, the staff are...

I really loved staying here. All the bungalows were really nice and clean. My favorite part of the Finca Tatin was the gathering space with all the hammoks and chairs. It was nice to have a big space to hang out before going to bed. The service was great and all the people were really nice. I enjoyed my stay...

Finca Tatin was the perfect place for me and my group to stay while on a humanitarian trip in Guatemala. The service was excellent and the location was amazing. The closeness of Finca Tatin to Ak'Tenamit (a local school) was very convenient. I felt very safe, and even though we were a large group, we were welcomed with open arms....

Definitely not a luxury bungalow resort if that is what you are looking for but if you want a decent stay in a friendly and affordable jungle retreat, this is your place. kayaking to livingston is a must. be aware of the scorpions!

Finca Tatin is a great place to stay whether you are traveling alone, as a couple, or with a family. It is located directly on a fresh river that is free to swim in without fear of any predators. It has a main area where you can charge your electronics and dining area that is great for the family dinners...

We had made and got it confirmed, a reservation for a bungalow at medium price (about Qu 180). When we got there, we were asked if we wanted one overlooking the river, to which we agreed. Only later did we find out, that those cost Qu 240, we were not told. Of course it is our own fault for not...
