We didn't stay at this hotel but we did eat dinner here. It's a lovely spot and the breeze on the terrace was really pleasant. The hotel restaurant is luxurious and we were excited to eat there at first. However, the service was slow. We...More

We were travelling with a group of 45 people and our reservations were also made in advance. I believe there are only 2 or 3 bungalows and the folks who were assigned them had accumulated more travel points. I spoke with one of them who said they would have preferred a non/bungalow as it would have been blocked from continuous daytime sunshine. I would call the Hotel directly and ask to talk to the Manager as he speaks excellent English. PS - The breakfast and dinner buffets are 5 star.
