Very secluded resort, which would not be a bad thing if it had more to offer! Located well off the road and on a hill so had good view of the ocean. The first couple of days the food was just horrible but improved through out the week. There was only 1 bar which had limited hours it seemed. There...

What a wonderful surprise after reading some of the negative reviews. Having travelled to other all inclusive a in the past, I base my opinions on the level of comfort and the exceptional service extended by most of the staff. The most memorable experience for myself and my wife was the sincere and personal relationships we gained during our stay...

An intimate resort with warm, friendly staff and amazing snorkelling. Back to the staff... Fallon, Fabricio, Becky, Flacco, Claudio, Keny, Diver Darren, Larry, Genesis, Angel, Isabel, Fernanda, Carmen, Cevril, Arnold, Kellie, Juan Carlos, Humberto, Andrea, Orlando, Oneida and other great staff I'll have to get to know next time! Food was fine. We had an Ocean view cabana we feel...

This was our second time here. We travelled dec21-dec28. We were very satisfied last year, mostly due to the quiet, small, little night life and of course snorkling and diving. I'll try to be short, but thorough. This is not a 5 star, but all the staff make this place a 10 star. The food is average quality but definitely...

We went as a couple to Media Luna in November 2015. The staff was fantastic! Very friendly and helpful. Our cabana needed some renovation, but overall it was not bad. We did not have a hot water; the staff forgot to turn it on. However, when we complained of that, the staff fixed that problem instantly. The area is very...

We just got back from a week at Media Luna ( Jan 4, 2016-Jan 11, 2016) and only regret we didn't stay longer. We highly recommend it and definitely would return. Our accomodation appeared to be a traditional looking thatched cottage, but inside it was a spacious, very modern, clean and well appointed large room with a large adjoining bathroom...

Room was okay. Private cabin, king bed, working tv, maid service was very good, little porch with a hammock. Food was okay - you will not starve but definitely repetitive. Not many activities, we brought our own snorkels and they offered kayaks and a little ping pong table. We rented a car for a few day - would recommend a...

Certainly not a big 5 star resort but we knew that before we went. Our room was an ocean front facing the quiet bay that had the diving area. It was nothing fancy but it was a good size with a large balcony with hammock and chairs, clean and quiet. Bathroom was big but a little dated. The main hall...

This property is a real mixed bag; the common eating area is neat, clean; even interestingly designed; with multiple levels, plenty of seating. The rock laid walkways a giant mistake, collecting water that allows insect proliferation, as well as making it difficult to roll luggage. Food offerings for such a priced resort were minimal and repetitious.... thank goodness there was...

I like to stay positive so I'll start with the pro's of the resort and then share the cons that made our week stay just average and about a 60% on a 100% scale a solid D if I was giving letter grades. I don't think I'd return to this resort and that is the first time that has happened...
