Beautiful property. Lots of trails. Awesome beaches. Snorkeling right off the beach. Family owned vibe, with a staff that is over the top accomodating. We LOVE Payabay. If you are expecting a 5 star resort experience, probably not the place for you. But it is VERY good. If you value a simple, back to nature lifestyle, don't mind a bone...

Excellent, wonderful, restful, inspiring, Great service Yummy food beautiful walks hammocks just where you need them amazing yoga pavilion what more can i say - i hope this place doesn't get too discovered, because i love the sense of being away from every where In fact there are two chairs perched at the end of the point, under a palapa...

I love the detail that went into the placement of every stone, every hammock, every little thing. From the moment you walk up the hill to the central space to the time you leave, you keep discovering little details that make this a place you'll want to come back to again and again. Staff are wonderful, food fulfilling, rooms wonderful,...

This resort is a gem. The beautiful setting, beaches, and charming hidden spots to sit and watch the ocean. But the creme de la creme is the yoga pavilion set in the trees overlooking the ocean. The sun setting over the ocean is beyond belief.

Great environment and excellent food. The beaches were wonderful for swimming and relaxing. The trails on the property are super interesting. This is a special special place. I will be back! Yoga pavilion at the top of the site was a perfect place to greet and end the day.

This was a really fun location. Far from the crowds in West Bay, close to kite boarding action. The property is lush and rambling, with hammocks, palapas and lounge chairs tucked away and sporting jaw dropping views. The food was healthy, fresh and delicious, I sure wish I could find that coffee at home! Plenty to do, or not, it's...

Very special place - remote and private. Clothing optional adds absolutely unique atmosphere! Resort has only 12 rooms and very often you can enjoy one of the beaches on your own! Rooms on the cliff are out of this world! Balcony provides unbelievable view, sea breeze and sound of crushing waves! Restaurant is good - great cocktails and view to...

We visited Paya Bay for a day trip while we were on a cruise. We absolutely loved it. Everyone treated us very nicely and the private beaches were gorgeous. They even provided us our own room to change and shower in. We now plan on our next vacation going straight to this resort instead of visiting by cruise ship.

I loved the beautiful property on the remote East end of the island. Several pathways to explore. Small family owned business with friendly staff willing to go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Wonderful pavilion overlooking the crystal blue sea, and beautiful sunset for evening yoga practice. I had lovely room with a king bed and sitting area...

It was our third return trip to Paya Bay in Feb 2017, this time for 3 weeks. Almost like they could control the weather, there was only one day of cooler temperature and some rain. Our needs are simple. Tranquility, sun, sand, the ocean, food, and drinks. The atmosphere is very laid back, but staff will go a long way...
