Just read those TA reviews! This was by far the best experience we had in three weeks’ travel and a dozen hotels in Guatemala, Honduras and Belize. Rina and the team really care about what they do, and it really shows. It’s a tiny place, with just the four rooms, but quite faultless; there’s even double-glazing to eliminate any street...

We stayed 2 nights at Yat B'alam in early February, and were very happy with it. From the first contact with Rina, everyone was friendly and welcoming. When we arrived, Rina came out and, on learning that we are both learning Spanish, immediately switched to that language and encouraged us to keep trying to communicate in it. Our room was...

My wife and I stayed for three nights in Room #1 at Yat B'alam in late January, 2012, and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. We don't usually splash out for places quite as fancy as this, but we're glad we did, for we thought the room was beautifully appointed, amazingly spacious, and perfectly convenient both for going out to local restaurants and...

We loved our stay. The hotel is very small (4 rooms), and has a unique design with multiple covered and open coutyards. Upstairs are four very comfortable and quiet rooms with a common sitting area, downstairs is a cafe and three shops. Our lack of spanish was a modest barrier, but everyone who worked there was about as friendly and...

We wholly endorse and concur all that has been said before. On arrival Rina made us very, very welcome. Room 4 is small but extremely comfortable and clean, great hot shower and with internet that works. Copan Ruinas is a mountain village, rural, gentle and welcoming. However, whilst there, we received sad news, of a very serious illness to John's...

We stayed in a room with one bed and two sofa beds. The room was very clean, comfortable and looked new. The laundry service is cheap, quick and very efficient. We absolutely loved the hotel. The location is great, the staff very friendly, and the boutique shops very cute.

This place was absolutely gorgeous! The rooms were very spacious and had high ceilings, columns, comfy beds, large couches, excellent patios with vines growing up the metal lattice work. The staff was probably the friendliest hotel staff I have ever encountered in my travels. As we walked up, before I said a word to anyone a staff member walked up...

I read about this beautiful Hotel Boutique here on TA and I had the fortune of visiting Copan this December. It was simply marvelous. The people are soo nice, they have the perfect little coffee shop down stairs in which they serve the BEST moccachino and the BEST Carrot cake I've ever tasted. Also for the tourist you can find...

Rina is a wonderful host, she welcomed us with an enormous smile, knew exactly who we were when we arrived, and went out of her way to make us comfortable! She armed us with maps, good directions to the ruins, the right price for a ride back in a taxi, and the right price for a guide. The cafe downstairs...

This hotel is truly perfect. It is beautiful and comfortable! The rooms have great air conditioners, excellent bathrooms, and very comfy beds. Make sure you leave time to shop in the fabulous gift shops and have a cup of coffee in the cafe. Wish we could have stayed longer!
