Third time to Copan, but first staying at the Casa Jaguar with my family. Beautiful little two bedroom house on the outskirts of the main town square of Copan. Not quite in the centre, but close enough to walk to restaurants and shops. Very quiet! Slept my family of five confortably. Howard the owner/concierge set everything up for us to... More

The cleanliness, quality, and attention to detail of this place is remarkable! It is also within walking distance to the center of town . Howard and Angela are the perfect host . They have a great staff as well . Breakfast was served in a lovely garden setting. We fully enjoyed our stay at Casa de cafe and Casa Jaguar!

We stayed here for four nights with our two children. The house is clean and nicely decorated with comfy beds. We didn't cook in at all because food in town is so cheap and good at the local comedores! Breakfast at the hotel every morning was friendly and delicious and enough to last us a long time! Hamlet was accommodating... More

My family of four stayed here last week for our first wedding anniversary, it was perfect. The kitchen was well-equipped so we prepared most of our meals. It's an easy and safe 4 or 5 block walk to the main central park (town square), there's a supermarket near by. The rooms were great, the hot water was HOT, the kitchen... More

We stayed in this beautiful house and had one of the best nights sleep while traveling Central America. We only stayed one night because we had to keep moving and were only planning on seeing the Ruins. The Ruins were great and there were so many cool restaurants and shop we would have liked to check out. If I had... More

I have been to Copan several times and staying at the Casa Jaguar has been my favorite. Howard was able to give us the wonderful property because Casa de Cafe was booked. There was wifi, comfortable beds, a tv, water and a kitchenette which made our stay more relaxing and enjoyable. The best part, though, was the breakfast at Casa... More

We traveled to Copan to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. The reservation was for the Bed and Breakfast, Casa de Café, but the owners kindly offered two nights in the house Casa de Jaguar when they learned of our special event. Both the bed and breakfast as well as the house were spotlessly clean and comfortable. The house was spacious... More

Just came back from a short weekend vacation with family at Copan to visit the Mayan ruins. Staying at the Casa Jaguar allowed our family to stay together and at ease. The house has two big bedrooms and one bath. The living room and the dining room are very spacious as well. The house comes with free Wi-Fi, TV, a/c,... More

Upon arriving one day earlier than planned at a very busy time of year, the owners were generous enough to put us into one of their upscale rooms that just happened to be empty that night. What an unexpected treat after driving for hours! The rest of our stay was lovely and the breakfasts were full and delicious (no skimping... More

My wife and I stayed at Casa Jaguar while visiting Copan Ruinas. The hotel was fantastic. We were given a free upgrade to a clean, fully equipped apartment. This apartment "retreat" had tv with multiple channels, wifi, fully equipped kitchen along with many more extras which almost seemed unnecessary but appreciated. The apartment allowed us to take an easy 15-20... More
