Incredible experience. Took a four hour jungle hike to the waterfall and brought the resort's dog Ace with us (actually he brought US to the waterfall :)). Fantastic food, wonderful staff, lovely accommodations, great climbing on the rocks down by the river. Best weekend ever, I'll be back as soon as I can. Thank you so much, can't say enough...

What an amazing place!!!! I am a Canadian who lives in La Cieba. I have visited Villas Pico Bonito many times. Since I knew long ago that this was my favourite place in Honduras, we decided it was the perfect location for our wedding. I knew it was going to be a beautiful day, but it well exceeded my dreams....

I spent 2 nights at Pico Bonito this month and words cannot explain how incredibly beautiful the site is. There are tropical trees and flowers everywhere and the views of the river and mountains are breathtaking at every turn. The infinity pool is the perfect place to spend an afternoon drinking very well prepared and decently priced cocktails or chilled...

Speechless. The view is amazing, the staff is fabulous...it's so much that one could ask for when speaking of a get away. While me and my friends stayed here we went zip lining, bathing in hot springs, horse back riding through the mountains, white water rafting...my entire stay was wonderful. And did I mention the food? I totally was unprepared...

My wife and I stayed at the Villas Pico Bonito for a few days in early March 2014 and it was the 'best' on our 'best and worst' list for the two weeks we spent in Honduras. Our experience with Villas Pico Bonito began when we were greeted by their very pleasant driver at the marine terminal in La Ceiba....

This is a lovely place to relax in. The property is laced with paths, mainly paved, which wind through the lush greenery. Flowere abound and the view of the river and tropical rain forest beyond from most of the rooms is supurb. Dinner is not served on Monday but a resort just up the road provides excellent meals at a...

Thanks for the review. Our location on the River Cangrejal between the Pico Bonito National Park and the Nombre de Dios Park is one of the most beautiful in the world. We are indeed 4.5 miles from La Ceiba and for this very reason the area stays pristine. Taxis are expensive as they have to come from La Ceiba and...
