Last weekend I visited my family in tegucigalpa and stayed at this hotel. Eventhough it has been in Tegucigalpa for many years, it is not that bad. I detected a few problems. To get Hot water you have to open the faucet in the sink to get the water flowing and then open the faucet in the shower, after that...

The location of Hotel Alameda is very good and close to main hotels and big Multiplaza Shopping Center. Personnel are very friendly and helpful. But they turn on radio music at hotel restaurant laud from 6am, we had to ask to lower music while having breakfast. Breakfast is ok, but they should add wheat bread, they only offer white bread....

This is a better than average Hotel. I have stayed here many times in the past years when in Tegucigalpa, it's clean and well maintained and a big plus for Me is the high security guarded parking area. Also a 25% Senior Citizen discount on check-in. If you enjoy spending an afternoon at the pool you will love this. Very...

We spent part of one night here. The hotel is overpriced. It`s not worth so much. Though we stayed here only for 5 hours(between buses from Copan and to Managua), the hotel took full price for the room. I asked a discount, but without succes. The room is quite good, bath too. Stuff is not helpfull at all. When taxi...

I stayed there on Thanksgiving weekend and the experience was horrible. Dirty really dirty, bad bed with bugs, old TV set and to make things worse really dusty due to construction going on the first floor. I tried to take a shower and rust came from the pipes. The toilet had a lot of disgusting gunk at the base. I...

We stayed here for one night while traveling through Tegucigalpa. It was recommended to us as a safe location and is very close to a major mall. The hotel itself was pretty nice but lots of little things were strange. For example, the windows in our room would not close and overlooked a noisy back courtyard. The included breakfast was...
