Tiny room, tinier bath, lumpy bed, thin walls, wifi worked about 25% of the time. A/C blew hot and cold and was so noisy we just turned it off to sleep. Felt like I was staying in a Soviet hotel. I will say the staff was friendly.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us during your recent visit to Athens. I'd would like to apologize for the experiences you were subjected to during your stay with us; while no organization is perfect, the issues you described are unacceptable. In addition, it appears we failed to follow our own procedures to ensure our...

Was able to book one night here for the UGA vs Tennessee game (what a game!). The staff was super nice answering all our questions. My brother goes here as a sophomore and it was our first time heading out early to tailgate. Note to visitors.... GET HERE EARLY. We were able to get our parking pass on the day...

Went here for a conference, ended up checking out a day early because the room was so terrible. The lobby is deceptively well renovated while the rooms themselves look like prison cells. The dorms at this school are nicer than this hotel was. The carpet was dingy, the walls were peeling, it was ridiculously small, the bathroom was equally outdated...

Todd, Thank you for taking the time to share with us your recent experience at our hotel. While I wish your experience matched those of our guests that have posted the numerous positive comments listed here, after personally inspecting the room, I understand your frustration with the quality of the room. While we cannot control the size of the room,...

I had the pleasure of staying at the UGA Hotel for a meeting in July 2016. It is right in the middle of the UGA campus so perfect for those attending UGA sporting events, families visiting their UGA students, or those with business on campus. Parking is conveniently located next to the hotel is a well lite, parking garage. From...

We were looking for a hotel for UGA's Parent's weekend and most hotels were booked for the weekend. Checked into the UGA Hotel & Conference center and got a room for Saturday night. We were able to get a parking pass at 9am before we checked in which worked out perfectly for the game that day.

Basic hotel and facilities, located in close proximity of UGA. Rooms are practical with very efficient front desk staff. Easy to travel from Atlanta Airport to the hotel using a shuttle service with a drop-off at the hotel. Make sure that you select a room on the quiet side of the hotel (unequal room number), if you do not want...

This hotel is right on the UGA campus and the perfect place for a conference. It's an all inclusive option. The service is impeccable. I always love staying there. During the heat of the summer some rooms do have AC issues but they provide a fan so that's helpful.

The rooms are a bit small but the furniture is updated and very nice, beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms while clean, are certainly in need of an entire update though. The hotel restaurant, The Savannah Room, handles their "in room dining", but you have to go to the restaurant to pick it up, and I wasn't told that when...

The shuttle service provided was the most helpful part of this stay. The room was nothing fabulous but it was OK. Parking oncampus can be tricky so the shuttle dropping you off and picking you up is really great. The little cafe downstairs was pretty good for breakfast (nothing complimentary). Since we paid close to $150 for the night, I...

Stay for only one night to drop off our daughter for UGA. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean as well. Staff was very attentive. Renovations were in progress for our floor which was fine, but we did have to walk through the construction area to get to our room.

Thank Peepye
