Jo is Awesome! She makes you feel like the place is all yours. We were fed the most delicious breakfast. We stayed in one of the cabins which was warm and cozy. We also loved the fact that we could use the game/laundry house all we wanted. We will be seeing Jo and The High Country Inn again, I'm sure...

The inn is located in a quiet mountain setting. The room we stayed in in the main house had a nice patio. Jo was a great hostess with a lot of really interesting stories, and is a real joy to visit with. The inn is only ~1 mile from Dworshak Dam, and we took the tour, which was interesting.

My wife and I spent only one night with Jo, but found her to be completely charming and a fantastic cook and conversationalist. She is engaged in not only her hotel, but in the community she lives in and is passionate about the area. The room we stayed in was beautiful and was a short walk to a lovely garden...

The Orofino area is beautiful and the Inn is far more comfortable, affordable and available than local hotels. The rooms are nicely appointed but somehow it still feels like you're staying with family. Jo is a wonderful Innkeeper and is knowledgeable about the area. I recommend it to travelers and locals who need a getaway.

It's a bit of a poke to get to, but then again... If you're in those parts, you're there for a reason This is truly one of those places that your jaw will drop. I am in love with the views, the cabins, the main lodge, and best of all Jo. Jo Moore is the proprietor who does it all....

Ms Jo Moore , Proprietor, is simply an outstanding lady and Host. She makes you feel absolutely welcomed and just like being at home. Breakfast was served per preference and always delicious, if you were up early , you made your own coffee, and the evening there was always milk and homemade cookies

We recently stayed three nights at the High County Inn. Jo hands down made our experience perfect. She is the most generous and thoughtful woman. I highly recommend this location for vacation, family get away or fishing trip.

We stayed one night in the Fish Room and had a salmon dinner prepared by Jo for us and another couple as well as breakfast. She is a marvelous cook and a very experienced and friendly hostess. She said the B and B is her hobby and she clearly enjoys it. We left our camera charger and she mailed it...
