Some updates and on the right track, still many improvements are needed. We camped for 4 days our sites were covered with flies (discovered septic broke)they did try and fix it but it was an underground problem. Just made the experience miserable, we just tried to make the best of it. The pond is iffy to swim in, putt putt...

Wow, what a great well kept camping place with perfectly manicured little spots which still allow enough privacy. We traveled thru and were lucky enough to get a spot on a Saturday night without reservations. They even had live music which stopped playing right at 10 PM.

Well maintained, relaxing campground. What we liked the most was the number of trees - we are cross country camping and most of the sites we've stayed at so far have few to no trees, leaving the camper scorching in the 90 degree midwest heat. Owners are amazing and very accomodating- we had a late check in and they weren't...

When I called the campground to reserve several nights for my family and me, I had the privilege of speaking with the owner Heather. She was so extremely helpful and accommodating. I reserved 3 sites for 3 nights, and 1 site for 2 nights. Heather explained the deposit and cancellation fee. My 9 year old granddaughter was with me when...

We made our first visit to Crazy Horse Campground during their annual Bluegrass Festival. This campground is extremely clean, with wonderful flat and shaded lots. The roadways are well maintained and lots are easily accessible in an RV. The lake is great and the campground office/lodge is beautiful and has all the amenities needed for a great stay. The camp...

First impression was not the greatest. I was standing in line to check in with many others and what I assume was the owners chatting it up with every single person. By the time I got to the front of the line.. with others still behind me, the wife split to do something else, leaving her husband alone to check...

We were going to Jacksonville to visit our daughter. We live 2 hours away and wanted something a little more relaxed than a hotel. We booked their Large cabin which sleeps 4 comfortable. It is right on the pond, which we found to be very relaxing. The Cabin and Bathrooms were very clean and did not have that old outbuilding...

Activities for adults and kids. While we were there they had an ice cream social and a live band. Very clean bath houses. Cannot say enough...
