The location of the hotel is great. My room have been clean and quiet. However breakfast and dinner menu is not enough, it must have more options. Personnel are kind and helpful.

The Gray is a good choice for business travelers as it offers a lot of space: all rooms are suites. Mine was quite good, although some small repairs are in order. Good points: location (central, but in a nice side street), service (the gentleman at...More

I don't believe the hotel has a travel concierge. You have to arrange your excursions on line using Expedia, or even search on trip advisor things to do. My room rate included the breakfast buffet & the hotel offer a decent breakfast buffet, not so much special, but you can get most of western continental breakfast items with some of the local dishes, but not that much. I actually found a small bakery near to the hotel. Turn left in the Ally when you come out of the hotel gate & keep going straight until you reach the main street & you will find the bakery shop on that main street. We used to get some croissant & fresh bakeries & take back to our room, make our instant coffee then off to the tour. As for lunch & dinner I can't really recommend any restaurants since we dine at our local friends homes, which is the best authentic & clean food you could ever get.
