We were there for the night. Room was fine and the restaurant was fine too. We were with a tour so didn't linger at the hotel.the staff was very friendly and we enjoyed visiting with them. If we had more time the pool looked great!

The staff made us feel unsafe. We ordered a private car to take us to the airport. The doorman for the hotel asked us if we needed a taxi, we said no, we had ordered a private car. He then proceeded to go over to the 'taxi mafia' waiting outside the hotel and talk to them (saying nothing to us)....

This is a 4 star hotel, located in a convenient location. It is very close to the United Nation Square, the Paris Ave, Mohammad V Blvd and the central March. It is only 5 to 7 minutes walk to the tram station at the United Nation Square and the tram ride from that station to the Casa Voyageurs (the main...

Location The room was smelling. The staff were very unhelpfull. Had a difficult check in. They were also unhelpfull on check out. They tried to keep the balance and did not want to give invoice. They did not pay the balance to my friend and i had to go again to take it. Good location but bad service except the...

I reserved a room there because it was a good promotion on Booking, and it was only for one night before flying back. One of the restaurants were not open, the one open and the bar had do vegetarian options and room service is limited. I ordered a "vegetable" soup, and it came with chicken even though I asked thousand...

That's was the hotel RAM booked for me. The room has not been cleaned up for a while and the bathroom was pretty much dirty too. Quality of food to be improved. Except the cleaning ladies all the other staff was quite unpolite, even not giving me water for a tea at breakfast. I would never book there if I...

Back for a stay with a friend for a couple of days. It's still looking pretty good after the refurbishments and the deal I got was for a derisory price - £40. The check-in staff recognised us from the previous stay, which I always find nice. The room we were given was away from the busy road, although traffic noise...

This hotel was booked by our tour operator as part of an Imperial City Tour and was the worst hotel we stayed in on the tour by a long way. I would probably go as far as saying that it is the worst hotel I have stayed in over a twenty years. Hotel is not well situated within the city...

For the price, this is a good, clean and comfortable hotel in the city center area. A 10 minute walk from the old Medina (Bab Marakkesh) and the plaza around it and tram station. Also a 20 minute walk to the Casa-Port railway station and a bit further to the Grand Mosque of Hassan II. This hotel is in an...

We had a meal here when our own hotel restaurant (around the corner) was completely booked out for a conference and the other French restaurant nearby was not open for dinner until 9pm. The chef tried very hard. He was a nice man, who was a very accommodating. Unfortunately, the meal was simply not up to par. The complimentary bread...
