The hotel is old but well kept. The staff is kind. Still the mystery remains why they do not want to serve you Maroccan food in the Restaurant of the hotel. Or why I was told the outside room was fully booked when during the whole night I saw max 6 ppl eating Maroccan food which they refused to serve...

We were displeased with the arrogant and un-accommodating behavior of senior staff in the reception, difficult internet connection and incomplete toiletries which have prompted us to cancel our booking for 2 double rooms after our 2nd night which was originally good for 4 nights. The night before our check out, we asked the assistance of the reception with our request...

Very nice hotel, friendly staff. Must visit hotel. The hotel was very clean . The lobby is big and very welcoming. There are many shopping places near the hotel. It is situated right in the heart of the city.there are many eating joints nearby . This place gives a true feel if the city Casablanca.

The rooms were clean but the air wasn't working so it was very hot at night. The bed was good if you like hard but the duvet cover was awesome. Service was average to below but we survived. Fairly close to everything so that wasn't a problem. The gym was good and clean.

Stayed for 3 nights on business in Casa. Have tried a range of hotels in the city and took advantage of a special offer here, but can't say I was impressed. The hotel positions itself as upmarket, but I found the room to be very badly lit and without working air conditioning - felt distinctly basic.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights during a business trip. I looked forward to my stay in this hotel given that it was a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately the hotel did not meet my expectations and I do not believe this should be marketed as a 5 star hotel. I would not recommend this hotel and will not return....

Friendly greeting at check-in. Really appreciated the mandarins waiting for me on a plate in the room - small thing but a nice touch! Breakfast buffet fine - capaccunio machine average but at least there was one. Didn't hear the traffic at night as room was towards the rear. Fine for flying one night visit & close to some sights

Hotel itself is very pleasant and staff were helpful even if they could find a trace of my booking or that of my colleagues. However, if you are a light sleeper try to get a room that is not at the front of the hotel as there is a very busy multi-lane main road right in front and the Moroccan's...
